4/10The dough for the pizza was not fresh (probably it was frozen). Pizza was like cardboard. It was quite busy on a Sunday and maybe the fresh dough was finished, then they should stop selling pizza’s.

5/10Table not ready despite booking. Staff who claimed not to understand English and laughing at us. Staff unable to open a cork screwed wine - we had to do it ourselves. Food was good, one pasta dish for cold and one main dish did not arrive. When we tried to speak to the manager or supervisor we were handed a phone and spoke to a manager who sounded like she was in bed. No apologies - she then tried to suggest that we are the aggressive customers, we were angry and disappointed by her poorly trained staff. We were not prepared to pay for the missing meal. But they were insistent we did, this then caused confusion and a staff member calling the police. We eventually paid with the exception of the missing meal. The restaurant used to be great, but this bunch of poorly trained, smirky, rude staff mean we will no longer return.

7/10This is a busy restaurant in a prime location in Sitges, The food was good and plentiful, but the service was slow and we had to ask a few times for the bill. But I presume they were short staffed, and the staff that were there were friendly and looked very busy.

6.5/10Staff was friendly but definitely in a bit over their head. Food was fast but the quality was not good. Also, when it's cold and people are dining indoors, perhaps closing the front doors to the restaurant is a better solution that bringing in a (not useful) outdoor heater lamp.

10/10A quiet Saturday lunch in winter at Francesco with friends. Lovely welcome, a delicious Milanesa Francesco with cherry tomatoes and rucola and all washed down with a Chianti Classico. Perfect!!

10/10I introduced some friends to the Francesco restaurant today and they were really impressed. 3 of us had the Milanese Francesco Style with cherry tomatoes sauted with brandy, rocket and parmesan cheese and it was sublime. The others had pizza which they loved as it was thin and crispy. The service as usual managed by Mateo was perfect and with a smile. The wines are top. Highly recommended.

6/10Friendly service but they loaded sea salt on my focaccia bread. I asked for a new one as it was basically so salty it was inedible with they kindly did only to bring another loaded with sea salt! I think language issues were probably the reason. My beef ravioli was amazing and my friends food was excellent.

5.5/10Was ok... nothing special at all, and reservation over thefork.com didn't work, nobody knew about that. They heard it the first time. Was a bit annoying. :(
