We arrived at 2:30 and the restaurant was quite crowded - so we were taken to the next door area which is a little stark. That said, given how busy they were we were understandable. Just wanted a simple meal so we had couple of very tasty pizzas and a couple of pints of beer - all for 25 Euros. Excellent value. Def recommend.

Not authentic Italian pizza, was super hard base - tasted more like a frozen base than freshly made base. Was edible but not worth €14.80

The dough for the pizza was not fresh (probably it was frozen). Pizza was like cardboard. It was quite busy on a Sunday and maybe the fresh dough was finished, then they should stop selling pizza’s.

Table not ready despite booking. Staff who claimed not to understand English and laughing at us. Staff unable to open a cork screwed wine - we had to do it ourselves. Food was good, one pasta dish for cold and one main dish did not arrive. When we tried to speak to the manager or supervisor we were handed a phone and spoke to a manager who sounded like she was in bed. No apologies - she then tried to suggest that we are the aggressive customers, we were angry and disappointed by her poorly trained staff. We were not prepared to pay for the missing meal. But they were insistent we did, this then caused confusion and a staff member calling the police. We eventually paid with the exception of the missing meal. The restaurant used to be great, but this bunch of poorly trained, smirky, rude staff mean we will no longer return.

This is a busy restaurant in a prime location in Sitges, The food was good and plentiful, but the service was slow and we had to ask a few times for the bill. But I presume they were short staffed, and the staff that were there were friendly and looked very busy.

Staff was friendly but definitely in a bit over their head. Food was fast but the quality was not good. Also, when it's cold and people are dining indoors, perhaps closing the front doors to the restaurant is a better solution that bringing in a (not useful) outdoor heater lamp.

Good quality and service. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Besides, portions were good enough so I had to tell them to pack part of my lasagna. Thanks guys!

A quiet Saturday lunch in winter at Francesco with friends. Lovely welcome, a delicious Milanesa Francesco with cherry tomatoes and rucola and all washed down with a Chianti Classico. Perfect!!

I introduced some friends to the Francesco restaurant today and they were really impressed. 3 of us had the Milanese Francesco Style with cherry tomatoes sauted with brandy, rocket and parmesan cheese and it was sublime. The others had pizza which they loved as it was thin and crispy. The service as usual managed by Mateo was perfect and with a smile. The wines are top. Highly recommended.

Friendly service but they loaded sea salt on my focaccia bread. I asked for a new one as it was basically so salty it was inedible with they kindly did only to bring another loaded with sea salt! I think language issues were probably the reason. My beef ravioli was amazing and my friends food was excellent.

Was left waiting for our table for more than 1 hour after being told there was not a booking for us.The owner then tried to sell us wine etc we did not want and far more expensive than asked for

Me and husband liked very much. It was lovely evening with great italian dinner and lovely stuff. Atmosphere was amazing.

Excelllent food! Would be even better with more veggie pasta options. Great service and nice atmosphere. Waiter was brilliant with our 9 year old - very child friendly establishment. Recommended

Mushroom risotto was amazing! Pizza's were great! Very reasonable priced for the value. Recommend eating here when in Sitges.

Was ok... nothing special at all, and reservation over thefork.com didn't work, nobody knew about that. They heard it the first time. Was a bit annoying. :(
