Once we had been seated for our food we were forgotten about for 20/25 minutes until we had to ask a member of staff. People who had been sat after us were getting served a lot quicker. The food came which was lovely. I got the Diavola and my boyfriend got the vegan margarita. For the price of the vegan margarita you would’ve hoped for more cheese. Slightly disappointed by this restaurant :(

Good pizza, average service, average place, but we had a nice evening. Very cafeteria like inside - wouldn’t have wanted to be there.

My reservation was confirmed but it didn’t mean anything for them. There was no reserved table for the time of reservation. I was told that I have to wait until someone leaves and frees a table. What is the point of reservation if you must wait 30 minutes?

Food truly excellent. Pizzas were marvelous, pastas very tasty. How is it possible to have such a poor service with such an amazing number of employees. Almost more employees than table served. But even with a huge amount of waiter, still, our plate were not serve at the same time and nobody came when finished and nobody asked if we were interested by any desert... An interesting case study for a management school or a behavior analysis students

Decided to make a return visit as the first experience was so good. I wasn’t disappointed. Very well presented and delicious food plus great value. Friendly serving staff helped make this another wonderful dining experience.

Relaxed atmosphere and delicious, well presented food. I had an antipasti followed by a pasta dish and felt satisfied - no need for secondi or dolce.

Food is well done and well presented! Tables are spacious and at good distance from others. The decor of the restaurant is really cool. For being in downtown the prices are pretty low. Highly recommend.

I always love dining here. The food is delicious, the staff are professional and all this in the center of Milan. The price is right with the discount from The Fork.

We booked at table on Saturday for 3 at 8:30pm and it was confirmed.. When we arrived there was a long queue, with most of the people waiting did not have a booking. We waited for another 25mins outside and when I asked why we are not given a table the host simply kept saying ok ok After that we were given a table, the service lacked a bit of attention as we had to ask twice for some drinks. This wasn't my first time at this place as the food was always excellent and I'm happy to see it grow every time I visit, however it was a Saturday which I fully understand, but for the prices, service charge and booking system online, I expect a little bit of more attention..

We have been here a few times and it's always great service and food. This time was different. The waitress seemed very unhappy and was almost rude with us. The drinks (spritz and white wine) both tasted watered down - not typical of this place. We will go back since we know it's not always like this.

Very good food, friendly wait staff that gave us a complimentary garlic bread and put on the Champions League game so we could have after dinner drinks while watching the game. Got 30% off using Fork so was a very reasonable price.

Really good food, close to the duomo in the center. Really fair prices and nice people , (not as others who try to catch tourists) Stuff was very nice, helping a lot ( changing table when it starts to rain)

The food quality was great and the outside seating was comfortable. I really recommend the 4 cheese pizza here. We had to ask several waiters for the check and probably took 20+ minutes to finally get the bill.

Overall, the pizza was great, the service was ok. However, when we first asked to order the spaghetti, the waitress mentioned that there is no spaghetti right now and will have to wait for 20 minutes. I understood and said that I can wait. But half way finish through our pizza, the waitress never arrive so I had to request many times for my spaghetti, the waitress never came by. At last, after 30 more minutes, we ask another waiter for the spaghetti. He accepted our order of the spaghetti with clams and said that there is no more lobster spaghetti as we want. When we paid the meal and at leaving the restaurant, we saw the just served dish of the lobster spaghetti to another table. I don’t understand is that they don’t want to sell us spaghettis or what, and that why they lied about the part that there is no lobster.

We were seated to our table, took a while for them to take order. Food was ok. Waiters were rude and miserable, took away plates whilst others still eating. Stood over us waiting for us to finish. Atmosphere not great. Wouldn't recommend as poor customer service. I am not one for leaving a poor review, but felt I had to this time.

A very good restaurant with a modren interior. The foods were great and the prices too. We ordered two pizzas which were finger-lickingly good.

They dont have most of the dishes in their menu. No used of going there. Very Bad service after i settle from my table they change me from a round table to small table just because im alone. So i decided to leave.

Everything was perfect: the food, the atmosphere, the location, etc. This is one of the best pizzas you can have in Milan. The service is overall good, although I would have loved it even more if the waiters had spent more time giving suggestions, explaining courses and being a bit friendly with customers instead of simply taking orders and bringing plates.
