On our arrival we discovered that people working in this place were not aware of our booking.The restaurant was fully packed and the personnel could not arrange one table for us,they did not look willing to do this.As a result we went to have a lunch in another place.The personnel did not even ask us sorry for putting us in this ugly story.

They offered 30% discount. However when we paid the bill it was only 20%.
