10/10Fabio is owner of the restaurant, and as owner, there are several things that Fabio has done that make Fresco our favorite restaurant: 1) ambiance: the design of the restaurant and the decor is done carefully and with excellent taste. 2) The staff is helpful and friendly and Fabio treats them kindly and with respect. 3) The menu is small but varied and everything is of excellent quality. 4) The window into the kitchen is an excellent way of letting the chef be part of the ambiance instead of being locked away and invisible.....it also facilitates communication between the kitchen and the waiting staff. 5) there are three separate areas for eating and each is tastefully decorated and appealing: inside near the bar, outside in the garden and the area in front of the restaurant and near the street, and in each location, table placement is proper and correct.

This restaurant was amazing! Best food we had while in Sardinia, and doesn’t break the bank like some other places. We had the wild boar Ragu, and the traditional Sardinian pasta with truffle - simply amazing! Highly recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fresco in San Pantaleo is an absolute gem! The ambiance is delightful, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. The food is simply delicious. The tortino di melanzane was elegant and creamy – I couldn't resist wanting another portion! The sea bass with potatoes, complemented by a sauce made from fresh datterini tomatoes and taggiasche olives, was fantastic. The hospitality was top-notch, and the offered Mirto was a delightful discovery. The wine list is impressive, with the vintage Tunina from Jermann being particularly riveting. You just must go to Fresco – it's a dining experience not to be missed!

10/10My favorite restaurant in whole Sardinia. The team and the chef are so nice and the food is truly the best I ever ate as Italian food. Love the atmosphere - my favorite is Parmigiana alle Melanzani. I really appreciate the service and the experience in the restaurant. Thank you so much

9/10The town of San Pantaleo is very cute and quaint, we came in May so not much was going on but in the high season it is supposed to be busy. The restaurant had lovely outdoor seating with a lovely staff. Food came as stated on the menu. A great spot for a quick and good lunch, while getting to explore a more inland area of Sardinia.

7/10The plates are ok but they needs a little bit more of flavor for their price. I was also very disappointed by the tagliata de Tonno. The sesame was all burn. I told the server but he did nothing.

9/10The restaurant is on the main street but the open part is in a small street, therefore quiet. We went the evening of the football match and, although we did not ask before to have a place in front of tv, the owner was offering another table close to it, in case we wanted to watch the game. The owner as well as the service were very nice and friendly. The food was also good and tasty, one small remark is that the side dishes were cold v as they arrived to our table. Prices are not more expensive than other places in this region.

8/10this charming restaurant locates in San Pantaleo (really sweet village), it is a rather new and modern restaurant and the boss welcomed us in person which was very nice! However, the food was too expensive and the portions were small. If you want a starter, main dish and a dessert-you have found the right restaurant! If you want something cheaper, I would recommand the Pizzeria Ilcho which is only 30 metres away. Eventhough the portions were small, the restaurant is really nice :)
