It took too long to deliver the food and the staff apologized for that which is appreciated but the food was not worth the wait and there was no commercial gesture.

It was four of us who visited Fritzguard on Sunday afternoon aiming to taste les Frites belges. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and during our visit it was very quite (in fact we were the only customers). The service was excellent. We had potatoes with cheddar-bacon and with beef stew, We liked their rich flavour.

The service was kind and fast, but the food was nothing special and way overpriced. They tried to upgrade burgers and fries, but failed. I would lower the price by 20% to be more correct. Wouldn't pay 22 euros for a burger in a fancy restaurant. Cheesecake is too heavy on the lime.

Lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and amazing staff! Our waitress was so lovely and nothing was too much to ask of her! As english tourists it was great to feel so welcome. The food was amazing, easily the BEST burger I’ve ever had.

Lovely, lovely time here this afternoon ???? Cosy and chic atmosphere and the food was great; some of the best fries I've had in Brussels and the sauces with the burgers were super tasty! The cocktails (I'd the whisky sour and the margherita) were also really well done, I've had many a one-note watery, sugary cocktail so it's so lovely to get well-made enjoyable ones. Lastly, the staff were wonderful, our server was attentive but not smothering, a perfect mix! We will definitely go back!
