6.5/10I booked a table at Fuddia for my birthday. Even the welcome was a bit chilly, not what we had expected from the other reviews. We were immediately asked if we were from Thefork. After we were given the menu, we were ignored for 20 minutes. Then the manager realised that we hadn't ordered yet and called a waitress. So we ordered drinks and food. The water came straight away. We then waited a further 25 minutes for a glass of wine and an Aperol Spritz, which was brought to us after several requests. A couple who came after us already had drinks and the starter and in the meantime, tables were being cashed around us. The gentleman behind the bar apologised to my husband for the delay, but the other staff continued to ignore us. This was followed relatively quickly by the food, which was good. The discount was deducted after asking if we were the ones from thefork. To summarise, it can be said that ignoring and waiting for the drinks pretty much spoiled our mood. We did not feel welcome.

It should be noted that, despite the large number of guests that evening, we also received several positive reviews from other customers, both for the quality of the service and the atmosphere. We're sorry that, unfortunately, in your case, something didn't work out as it should have—for which we sincerely apologize.

10/10Amazing restaurant! The owners take very good care of each customer and ensure that they have an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, I had the spaghetti with clams and it was the best I’ve ever had. Cocktails were also unique and delicious. Would absolutely recommend!

10/10one of the best reasturants in town! The food was azmazing, the staff so gentle and lovely. we tried some local food and the plates are big with a wonderful taste. I highly recommend this place 🥰

3.5/10We asked for some starters and when of them had a black plastic stripe inside of an aranchini, after we finish the starters we waited for 1.30h for our mains. When the dishes arrived there was 1 missing… after all my friends finished they’re food mine have arrived, my food was completely salty and the clams, well, them shells were completely empty… so I was basically eating spaghetti… my friends told that their dishes were completely bland… I really don’t know how this restaurant has such good reviews… I don’t recommend at all

Il nostro ristorante piace a molti, ma sappiamo bene che non si può piacere a tutti, e può capitare che, per motivi personali o aspettative diverse, una serata non venga vissuta nel modo migliore. Tuttavia, ci preme sottolineare che il nostro servizio è da sempre uno degli aspetti più apprezzati, così come l’atmosfera e la qualità dei piatti, che nella stessa serata sono stati molto graditi da altri clienti. I turisti (e non solo) tornano a mangiare la nostra pasta con le vongole...prima di ripartire! I gusti sono soggettivi, e proprio per questo li rispettiamo tutti, compreso il tuo. Prendiamo comunque nota delle tue osservazioni, perché ogni feedback è un’occasione di crescita. Siamo dispiaciuti per l’inconveniente segnalato sull’antipasto e per l’attesa, che non rispecchia i nostri standard abituali. Faremo le opportune verifiche con il nostro staff

5/10We appreciated the 50% discount through booking with you and this made the value more reasonable. However, the food was of substandard quality. The starters were cold - appeared frozen and perhaps reheated in a microwave. Pasta dishes were large but average.

In particular, our first courses are always highly appreciated by customers for their flavour, portions and freshness – and we are sorry that they did not meet your taste. We are always available to welcome constructive comments, but we also want to defend our daily work and the commitment we put into ensuring a quality experience.

6.5/10We felt we were an inconvenience to the two staff serving. The menu was in English, so we ordered in English, also pointing to the items we ordered, as their English didn't seem as good as other places we'd eaten in Catania. White wine arrived instead of red, it appeared the barman hadn't listened to servers order, & it was changed without hassle. But my main course was also wrong. We queried this because there was a €4 price difference. Waiter just seemed confused. However when bill arrived they pointed out they hadn't charged us at all for my main course - very good but that was not our aim. The food was all delicious, so unfortunate about the service.
