9/10We loved the atmosphere and service there! The set of tartar and their tiramisu was amazing! However, you couldn't order the best steak if you wanted to eat less than 1kg of meat. There are few options to order a fixed-size portion of steak, we ordered one, but I believe it's not their best quality meat (it was Choice I guess) But in general, we had a great time!

10/10Fuegoybrasa offers a terrific variety of meats that are smoked and grilled on Josper Grills. The host is always very friendly and we got a table for two in an alcove overlooking the piazza filled with tulips. My wife decided on the Carpaccio of Black Angus, a very flavorful plate of tender sliced raw beef served with a fennel-and-orange salad. On earlier visits here I’ve had the tagliata of Picahna beef as well as Secreto of Pata Negra, a type of black pork. I figured it was time to try the very tempting hamburger. I’ve never had one made in a Josper Grill, and this was certainly a generous one, 220 grams (basically 1/2 lb.). Black Angus Vergara ground beef, Raschera cheese, bacon, caramelized onion beer mustard, Kansas City BBQ sauce, lettuce and tomato, served on an artisanal brioche (plus potatoes). I don’t think I’ve ever had a burger with a creamier texture! And it was so big! Every bite was a treat! (I grew up in New York so I know burgers.) Every time we dine here we give an A+

10/10We’ve been there a couple of times before and always left quite impressed. The selection of meats is fantastic, the staff friendly and attentive, and the Josper Grill gives their meats a very nicely balanced smokiness in terms of the scent and the taste. Portion sizes are huge, especially looking at the reasonable prices. This visit my wife ordered the Carpaccio appetizer which we have sampled on prior visits. The amount of sliced lean raw meat on the plate is huge for what is called an appetizer, along with a mixed nuts-and-orange salad. And while you might think raw meat would be a bit on the bland-tasting side, their dish is packed with great flavor! Rather than the Tagliata of Argentine Picanha Beef that I’ve had here before (very very good) I opted for the Secreto Iberico di Pata Negra (an exclusive breed of black pigs). The amount of food on the plate was amazing, with great grilled vegetables too. Can’t wait to bring some meat-loving friends and family members here to try it!
