3.5/10Arrived and there was no diners on Christmas Day. This was ok. We sat down at a table, we were offered drinks and then when we placed them, we were then told that they didn’t have the ingredients to a cocktail we ordered. When the lady returned she commented that she hoped we were grateful. She had told us earlier she was a waitress and not bar staff. I held my tongue at this point. When she asked if we were ordering food, she told us the kitchen closed at 2pm and we would need to be quick. We told her our table was booked for 2pm???? We just arrived 15-20 mins early. This left a bad taste. After deliberating, and it’s Christmas Day to get a booking, we proceeded to order. Food came within 10 mins, piping piping hot. Chips were ok and both burgers re-heated. It’s Christmas Day, didn’t complain, clearly someone has not planned accordingly. We paid and left. Wouldn’t go back! Making us feel like we are the problem for booking a meal on Christmas Day! Poor Service and quality of food.

8.5/10Nice food - we really appreciated having a choice of burger size (kind of S,M,L) and such a range of burgers! Nice twist on a fondant au chocolat as well. Service was a bit slow but I’m pretty sure we could’ve called someone over if we hadn’t been chatting so much. Staff were nice in any case! We’ll be going back.

9.5/10The food was beyond delicious! Staff was swift and friendly. The abience is good, but the bathrooms are a bit messy and broken. Also, the chairs where we sat were kinda wobbly and did not seem a good fit for a really big man. But overally i definitely recommend to visit. The food is worth it for sure!

6.5/10The venue is really big. Surprisingly they put us near the back. Interesting decor. Food was ok for what it was. Nachos expensive but nice. Good savings through the fork.

4.5/10Honestly very disappointing We ordered a large portion of Nachos, instead we ate fried bread with Cheddar not even melted and tasteless guacamole , we barely touched it. We ordered homemade fries unfortunately they tasted like it was reheated multiple times We won't renew our visit there

8/10Very enjoyable, food good quality and arrived quickly..service friendly and very good value all round. Only negative comment would be that toilet areas were a bit tatty and run down. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

Best mozzarella sticks I’ve had in Geneva, easily. Onion rings were very good too. My burger, the specialized Brazilian meat, was under-seasoned which was my only critique.

5.5/10Frankly disappointed by the meal. The fries were very oily and soggy. When we told the waiters about it, they just said "well, with homemade fries that's what happens". I think many of us have made fries at home that were crispy :) Price of side dishes really high for the quality. My vegetarian burger was cold in the center, and cheese not melted. The classic cheese was good. Would however not go back.

6.5/10The stand branch is quite run down, not heated. The food is not what it used to be. Pancakes are dry, salmon tartare covered in cream cheese, omelette dry and cold. Shame!
