10/10What a beautiful hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded expectations—service, food, and ambience were all absolutely fantastic. The staff / owners went above and beyond, even letting us choose the music, which made our last evening together as a group of ten (five couples) in Florence feel incredibly personal and memorable. The food was outstanding, each dish prepared with care and bursting with flavor. This restaurant truly made our night special, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Florence.

10/10The place was authentic Florence side street small restaurant. The menu offered a variety and they even made a bespoke meal for my daughter who didn’t like what was on offer. The quality of the food was very good and fresh. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

A lovely restaurant with an equally lovely staff! The chef even came out to personally ask how we enjoyed the food — such a thoughtful touch. Don’t miss the tiramisu at the end — to die for! A fantastic meal from start to finish.

The restaurant is just lovely, staff were all very friendly and welcoming, there was a relaxed vibe from everyone. The food is refined Italian and everything was so good, the best we’ve had all trip. Between us we had the trio of soups and the mixed bruschetta all so good but the white bean soup was the favourite. Steak with rocket & Parmesan was cooked perfectly and the potato stuffed tortelloni was amazing. My wild boar ragu was the best I’ve had. Pistachio tiramisu should also not be missed. ❤️ house wine was also very good. I saw so many lovely things leave the kitchen, I hope we can come back soon.

10/10This restaurant is so special across so many dimensions it’s hard to know where to start. My wife and I spent our last night in Florence there during our recent honeymoon, and by all indications the place was flooded with about 3 or 4 times the number of people who usually walk in. Even so, busy as they were, the servers all made everyone feel welcomed and wonderfully taken care of. And unlike so many other great restaurants in Florence they were anything but interested in ushering everyone in and everyone out. As a special treat, we actually had the head chef and designer of the whole menu, Ardit, come out of the back to help wait on tables (including our own). And despite his many apologies for the service given how busy they were we found it better across every dimension than any other place we had been. Bravo, Ardit — we will miss you and look forward to coming back for more dinners every time we are in Florence!

We loved everything about this place. The food, the atmosphere and the service ! Ardito was our waiter and he did an amazing job at making us feel at home. My Ossobuco was excellent and my wife's filet mignon superb !! Highly recommend this great place away from all the tourist traps. I give it a 10 !

10/10 This place is awesome. My favorite restaurant from our Italy trip. I'm still dreaming about the eggplant parmigiana and the pistachio tiramisu. The staff were SO nice and the vibe in this place is immaculate. I could not recommend it more. My wife and I were losing our minds over every bite. We did a late dinner and were one of the last ones in the restaurant, but never felt rushed. Our server brought us complimentary limoncello shots after the meal. Everything was just wonderful.

6/10It was really a disappointing. I had the ossobucco and it was undercooked, tough,and fatty. The flavor was undeveloped. It was basically a chunk of undercooked veal with tomato sauce dumped on it. And then it was served lukewarm. My daughter had the pesto gnocchi, the flavor was decent but it was also barely warm. My wife’s sea bream was hot and good. My son’s tenderloin was typical Florence undercooked with most of it being cold and raw, but I don’t fault the restaurant for that. I had ordered a side of roasted potatoes that they had forgotten. When they brought them out they were still cold in the middle. The service was also pretty slow. Tables around us, that were seated after us, were served well before us. Our waiter knew there were issues with our meal and gave us one free tiramisu desert. It was excellent. The rest of the meal wasn’t.

Buonasera, we are very sorry for the bad experience you had at our restaurant. We’re always trying to improve our cuisine and service the best we can. Unfortunately dinners like a Saturday night when you have to sit and serve 60 covers almost at the same time are always a challenge. This restaurant was very quaint. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu including explanations of the wine inaccordance to their region. My husband and I had the beef with Arugala and cheese. Our steak was prepared perfectly, medium rare! the Chianti he suggested was wonderful! Visiting from the U.S. it was helpful he spoke english! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience while in Florence!
