10/1010/10 This place is awesome. My favorite restaurant from our Italy trip. I'm still dreaming about the eggplant parmigiana and the pistachio tiramisu. The staff were SO nice and the vibe in this place is immaculate. I could not recommend it more. My wife and I were losing our minds over every bite. We did a late dinner and were one of the last ones in the restaurant, but never felt rushed. Our server brought us complimentary limoncello shots after the meal. Everything was just wonderful.

6/10It was really a disappointing. I had the ossobucco and it was undercooked, tough,and fatty. The flavor was undeveloped. It was basically a chunk of undercooked veal with tomato sauce dumped on it. And then it was served lukewarm. My daughter had the pesto gnocchi, the flavor was decent but it was also barely warm. My wife’s sea bream was hot and good. My son’s tenderloin was typical Florence undercooked with most of it being cold and raw, but I don’t fault the restaurant for that. I had ordered a side of roasted potatoes that they had forgotten. When they brought them out they were still cold in the middle. The service was also pretty slow. Tables around us, that were seated after us, were served well before us. Our waiter knew there were issues with our meal and gave us one free tiramisu desert. It was excellent. The rest of the meal wasn’t.

Buonasera, we are very sorry for the bad experience you had at our restaurant. We’re always trying to improve our cuisine and service the best we can. Unfortunately dinners like a Saturday night when you have to sit and serve 60 covers almost at the same time are always a challenge. We hope to see you again so we can show you what an amazing experience is to dine with us.

This restaurant was very quaint. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu including explanations of the wine inaccordance to their region. My husband and I had the beef with Arugala and cheese. Our steak was prepared perfectly, medium rare! the Chianti he suggested was wonderful! Visiting from the U.S. it was helpful he spoke english! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience while in Florence!

10/10Best steak we have ever tried. We ordered the porterhouse sharing steak with sides and it was amazing! Proper sear on the meat on the outside but cooked perfectly inside. If we return to Florence we will be back to eat here! The staff were attentive, happy and it was exactly the type of service you want to create a relaxed environment.

+2Absolutely loved this restaurant. Needs to be on your must visit list in Florence. Intimate cosy setting, charming genuine service, and the food - just wow. I had the trio of soup to start which was delicious. The fillet steak that my husband had was divine and the best steak that we had in all our time in Florence. And the pistachio tiramisu. I would go back for this dish alone.!! Thank you Futura! We will definitely be back!!

10/10We received really welcoming and good service when visiting here. The staff clearly love what they do and work really well together. We enjoyed the soup starters (generous portions!), followed by a steak. This was cooked perfectly with some enjoyable sides. We booked through the fork and received a % off which was fantastic. I have recommended this place to relatives visiting Florence soon.

10/10We made a reservation for 5 thru the Fork app. We were greeted with smiles and seated immediately. The service was fantastic and the was equally fantastic if not better. I’m might be slightly jaded as I had order the Bistecca alla Florence, ( I most definitely misspelled that ! ) I got the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant. Everyone in my party loved all of their dishes and have made plans to return. Fantastic!!

8.5/10The food is of good quality but the portion of each dish is small. So the total price is a little high to fill everyone’s tummy full. We are a family of 11 with kids and adults. Their service is ok. It takes a little long to order for extra water and food. But you cannot ask for more when it is Christmas and the restaurant is almost full.

10/10Went 2 nights in a row as the owners were so friendly and warm, charming cozy atmosphere and quality amazing comforting food . Felt like you were in someone’s home. The 3 sampler of soups were out of this world - perfect for winter rainy evening, loved the sea bass with vegetables, the bruschetta was perfect , and the eggplant parm was creamy and delicious . So sad to leave Florence and this fantastic restaurant . It’s a restaurant that you want to go back to over and over . Will definitely go back the next time in Florence . Highly highly recommend
