9/10This resturant had a good service. Each dish was introduced by the waiters/waitress nicely. But the main courses were more salty for us. We raised this up but no change.

10/10We were met by the chef upon arrival. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The five courses of the meal were expertly prepared and were served with an award winning presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant.

8.5/10The food was excellent, and so was the service. But, there were some questions I asked that were left unanswered by the staff about what some of the items on the dish were, but I don't speak french and its very possible I missed what was said. I also asked for some red wine and got pushback from the sommelier. I was aware it may not have gone with the next dish, but all they served during the tasting was white wine.

9.5/10This was a great experience during our visit to Paris. The restaurant is convenient located near Arc de Triomphe, and has a vibrant, bar-ish vibe, great for slightly louder conversations and laughter, which was perfect as we were celebrating my son's 12y birthday. Dress code is super leisure, very friendly to travelers as we were sightseeing and had no chance to change into anything formal. Food was perfect as expected, although the sauce was a bit on the stronger side, so the experience may depend on personal preference. Service was also top notch; the French accent was a little challenging for us to understand the intro for each course, but I guess you can also view that as part of the experience itself.

8/10The restaurant has a refined atmosphere, perfect for a couple to enjoy dinner. The service was spectacular, with the waiter presenting the dishes in Portuguese. I missed more dishes with meat, the tasting menu seemed too vegetarian for the restaurant's proposal.

10/10TL;DR: We had the dining experience of our life at Galanga par Monsier George. For my foodie friends, this restaurant is a "must visit" for a trip to the City of Lights, Paris. My wife and I just arrived to Paris from the US and were looking for an authentic French foodie experience with a fixed price menu within walking distance of our hotel in 8e. Via TheFork, we booked at Galanga par Monsieur George. We selected the 5 course menu and didn't know that we about to embark on a three-hour long, absolutely astounding experience that we'll never forget. We were absolutely blown away by the food, the ambiance, and the service. All came together to form a perfect balance for a perfect evening. Major kudos to the chef (who came to our table for a course presentation) for creating courses with a tantalizing mixtures of textures and flavors and also to our server and sommelier, who were attentive to and anticipated our every need. Thank you. Merci. We will never forget dining with you. After this introduction to the cuisine of Paris, the bar has been set high. I don't know how other restaurants can hope to compare.

10/10Everything was absolutely perfect. I’ve eaten at all the top restaurants in the US and this was better. If you have the pleasure dining here, certainly opt for the multi course menu. The chef is amazing and each course is a special treat.

10/10We chose the 5 course price fix and it was beyond excellent. Every course was better than the last. No detail was missed. Beautiful presentation. Wait staff were extremely attentive. The flavor combinations were inventive and absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend!

10/10Wonderful experience. Found the restaurant using Fork as I walked along the Champs Elysees and it was the perfect intimate space, with an incredible prix fixe menu. I enjoyed the 3-course selection - the dishes were creative, surprising, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable and the setting is perfect for people who want a romantic evening or peaceful solitude. A hidden gem inside a boutique hotel, I would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a bit of mystique, an outstanding culinary experience, and an evening that will not disappoint.

10/10This restaurant is a little gem. The standard of cooking is at least 1 star Michelin and not yet discovered. The sauces for each dish are complex yet subtle and lift the meal to the extraordinary. The lamb dish is a triumph.

6/10I was probably unlucky to begin with, with loud speaking, drinking and arrogant guests on the next table that set the tone but overall fine experience with foot that was inspiring but somehow flat at the same time. Service was good but I came out with less of an experience then I felt I paid for

8/10The Fork didn’t say Sunday was brunch only. We were very disappointed since we wanted a 3-course meal. Service was great and scrambled eggs were awesome. However, the €24 (!) pancake was not very good. Very heavy and too sweet. We couldn’t finish it. The staff is very friendly/professional, the atmosphere was cosy and the venue is beautiful but overall experience was disappointing.
