Like eating at someone’s house, but with food no one cooks at home but at a stared restaurant! The attention by the owners, the experience, the place and the food was absolutely amazing. We went for the short tasting menu, and was absolutely worth it. When I asked why Gallina Negra… it is clear: the nemesis of “Gallina Blanca” (only Spanish people will get the joke).

What a fabulous meal! From the friendly greeting to the attentive service provided by Alva, the meal exceeded our expectations. Chef Javy is deliberate and methodical in execution and most of the dishes were spectacularly surprising. Best meal of our trip so far. Could not recommend more highly.

If you are after an authentic gastronomic experience with personalized service by the owners who cook and serve you the most interesting meals on the planet, your search is over. If you’re more interested in stars and accolades go elsewhere. We considered ourselves lucky to be served by artists in the industry..It is incredible!
