10/10such a wonderful place. i asked in advance - one week- if it would be possible to organize to dinner special request - a birthday cake for my father, and they were wonderful making everything so perfect - cake, candles, singing. i ' m so grateful for that. plus great service and delicious food! amazing pleace, great people!!!!

2/10This place should be kicked out of Taormina. With all the other restaurants that are decent to good to great -no one would miss it. They hawk you from the streets (bad sign). They hurry you up with attitude. The food…I think I had Ronzoni Linguine topped with someone else’s leftover pieces of fish, and it was tasteless—Gross. They extend some manners with a free watered down tepid limoncello…hoping you’ll forget your sub sub par meal.

10/10Busy restaurant with high turnover. Gave us a nice corner table on terrace.Nice ambience. Crudi (raw seafood and Tuna tartare) for starters were excellent. Seabass al messinese plus roast potatoes were tasty. Wife enjoyed linguine pasta with lobster. Cassata Siciliana for dessert was very good. Free prosecco while we waited a few mins for our table, and free limoncello at the end. All staff were very nice.

10/10My favourite restaurant in Taormina, I came here a few years ago and ate here several times, did the same this trip. Their pasta Gambero Rosso is sensational and the service is fantastic. Keep trying other restaurants but coming back to this one.

7/10Food was good, service was good, every was good. Not great, and not bad. I guess you could say a relatively safe gamble to dine here. The only obvious negative would be the waiter not leaving the table when check was being paid wanting on a tip overbearingly .

5.5/10Food was not bad but nothing great. Had a tuna salad to start - just some tinned tuna and iceberg lettuce with a couple of small pieces of mozzarella and 3 olives. Main was spaghetti vongole - clams were tiny and certainly packet spaghetti although they claimed all their pasta was fresh. It was reasonably tasty. Wine was nice if a little pricey. Waiters seemed more interested in selling us anything they could and attracting customers off the street rather than actually serving. Certainly never asked if we were enjoying our meal.

9.5/10We read reviews and decided to try it. Overall it was delicious. We ordered the cheese plate which we didn’t love but everything that came after that was really delicious. The bolognese, prosciutto and fungi pizza, the sea bass and the pasta gambero russo were fantastic! Great wine list and spritz’s too!

4.5/10Food was thoroughly mediocre — definitely the least interesting dinner we have had in Sicily. Why the restaurant gets such positive reviews on sites such as TripAdvisor is a mystery to me. To be clear, it wasn’t terrible, just blah.

10/10Great little find! In a little old street! Very authentic Italian food! Amazing food - absolutely gorgeous! We shared octopus salad and then had lobster linguine and my husband had fish of the day and potatoes- we washed it down with some lovely rosie! Waiters could not go enough! If you want value and good food head here! Brilliant! Visited twice both wonderful experience! Great spot to people watch! Enjoy x

The food was average, not at all the quality you would expect from a place with the history of Gambero Rosso. The pasta "Gambrto Rosso" was very dry, the Etna pasta had a bit too much garlic inside and the desserts were a big disappointment. We took the tiramisu and semi-freddo al pistachio. The tiramisu did not have the coffee aroma and the savoiardi were not soaked enough. All in all it's a good place for the setting and location but with average tasting food.
