Never disappoints, in our eyes they deserve all the Michelin stars they could get. They are innovative, yet traditional. Can everything taste 10/1000 in the menu? If you are in Gandaia Club, yes it can. I am not even talking about the whole ambience and how cool the chefs are. Waiters, service honestly we wish them the best, they should be known globally when you think Portugal!

Perfect atmosphere and great tasty food!

George and the rest of the staff were great. Very helpful, great recommendations. The cocktails were delicious. Spicy margarita. And the food was so good. The asapagus dish was really good. Has just the right amount of spice and so full of flavour. I also recommend the pork with smoked shitake mushrooms amazing. For desert the pickled cucumber dish was surprisingly delicious. Perfect end to the meal because it was so refreshing. The rooftop was quiet, but I guess that's because it was a thursday night. I recommend Gandaia whole heartedly.

Just very average. Presentation of food non existent, cocktail list terrible and execution of dishes was neither great nor terrible. Just very average. Sat for ages with an automatic diffuser being shot at our table and when I questioned it I was told it was turned off… how then did I know there was a diffuser on?! Then miraculously after I mentioned, the sporadic pungent smell stopped. Not awful, not amazing. Decor/vibe was nice so made up for it a little

Great restaurant, amazing menu with some real different options and a great dining experience. The only thing that brought the ambience down slightly was the temperature in the back area of the restaurant - it was just a bit too cold at points.

The food tasted good, but our party all had severe food poisoning from the meal, including a child who was with us. Additionally, the service during our dining experience was very bad. An hour in between dishes and forgotten+mistaken drinks and food. Server was not present, food quality is questionable. We reached out to the restaurant group to inform them of the food poisoning to help prevent others from contamination but have yet to hear back. Very disappointing dining experience all around.

They have one of the nicest crew I have ever met! The restaurant is super beautiful, near one of the points from where you can see the whole city. Inside the atmosphere is amazing and the waiters are super friendly!

Wow, where to begin? This is not only a stunning restaurant with beautiful candlelit tables and a gorgeous terrace (with open kitchen - fun to watch the Chefs work their magic!) but it also is quite possible THE tastiest restaurant in Lisbon too. Such a great location as well. We came with a party of 10, sat on the terrace and we were not disappointed. The food is a delicious contemporary Portuguese perspective expertly prepared and the cocktails are inspired. I never thought I’d rave about cabbage - but lord-a-mercy this was so good! Loved the Cataplana, the steak prego, the charcoal grilled sweet potato was a masterpiece in itself — in fact EVERY single dish was interesting and en pointe. We will be back! Mucho obrigada!

Place looks amazing and the stuff we’re nice. The food was not tasty and the stuff didn’t asked us if we liked it after not eating half of the food. The crispy chicken was dry, the lamb had a too strong uneatable souce, the tempura vegetables was the only good dish from what we ordered (it was very good)

The restaurant had a super cool vibe. It was cozy without being old fashioned. George was our waiter and pulled a stool up to our table to discuss the menu and order with was such a nice touch. Food was amazing and before dessert the chef came out to chat and recommend a dessert. It was also amazing, his own creation of cucumber over sorbet with meringue pieces on top. So refreshing and delicious. Great dinner and experience. Highly recommend!

Run, don’t walk to this dream of a restaurant! Sit at the counter and watch Chef David & team make food that is inspired, simple and yet multi-layered, rigorous and playful. They do it all with tremendous passion for hospitality and respect for Portuguese roots - all with a bold modern kick. Thank you David, Carlos, shy Argentinian sous-chef, enchanting Lara and Junior for an unforgettable night!
