Wow what a wine list! So much choice with wines from all regions of Italy and the rest of Europe. Chose a rosato to go with our sea food. My favorite dish was the octopus, tender and tasty; and the ravioli hit the spot. Have not visited this restaurant for some time but I think we will be back.

Maybe not fair to judge because it was for lunch and only 3 or 4 tables occupied. But…………..the service was very good. Attentive, helpful etc. Several plates were pretty amazing. The ricci with codfish, olives and capers……excellent. The panacotta with red berries was out of this world! The bread we were served was the best on our two week trip. We really enjoyed our experience.

Absolutely wonderful. Stopped for lunch while walking around. The burrata was spectacular, also ordered the tartare and meatballs for appetizers. I had the orecchiette and it was to die for. Soufflé for dessert to top off a marvelous lunch. If I’m ever back in Martina Franca will definitely return. Thank you

10/10The place is very beautiful with the gorgeous stone cave walls. We had the ravioli shared as our starter followed by the pork rolls and MiMi special. Both were amazingly delicious! Highly recommended. Simple homemade cooking but elevated to Bib-gourmet status! 5 star all the way.

+1This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to.The location is really nice and quiet,the food is amazing, great selection of wine, the stuff is really nice and helpful. We tried all of the deserts and they are all amazing. You must try this if you in the area!! Highly recommended!

9.5/10The restaurant has a very cosy atmosphere to it, nicely decorated inside with tables outside. Charming little place. Food was really good. I requested for smaller portions and they basically let me come up with my own 3-course tasting menu. The orecchiette was the best I've had in my 10 days in Puglia.

9.5/10We had a great experience at Gaonas. The restaurant offers great reinterpretations of local dishes, deliciously cooked by the chef. There was a mistake with the first course and they brought us a different one but offered to bring also the correct one for free. Great selection of wines which adds to the restaurant quality. Fair prices. Will definitely come back.
