We had the “Apulian Fever” Tasting Menu and it was superb. Not only was everything delicious, it was meticulously presented and the service was exemplary. The best meal was have had on our holiday so far. Well done, Chef Gianfranco and team.

Lovely venue on a side street from the Martina Franca centro storico, especially at the outdoor tables. Staff made us feel welcome, and the food was excellent from start to finish.

We booked this one we wanted to try after many years coming into Martina Franca . It didn’t disappoint. We were an hour late ( letting them know) due to parking issues, a busy Friday and first night at the opera that we were attending. Very attentive service as we were thus in a hurry sadly. Great tartare followed speedily with a favourite ( rarely found) of delicate sweetbread fricassee. We will return for a more leisurely dinner . Lovely staff at this long established (hidden) gem.

Wow what a wine list! So much choice with wines from all regions of Italy and the rest of Europe. Chose a rosato to go with our sea food. My favorite dish was the octopus, tender and tasty; and the ravioli hit the spot. Have not visited this restaurant for some time but I think we will be back.

Maybe not fair to judge because it was for lunch and only 3 or 4 tables occupied. But…………..the service was very good. Attentive, helpful etc. Several plates were pretty amazing. The ricci with codfish, olives and capers……excellent. The panacotta with red berries was out of this world! The bread we were served was the best on our two week trip. We really enjoyed our experience.

Absolutely wonderful. Stopped for lunch while walking around. The burrata was spectacular, also ordered the tartare and meatballs for appetizers. I had the orecchiette and it was to die for. Soufflé for dessert to top off a marvelous lunch. If I’m ever back in Martina Franca will definitely return. Thank you

The place is very beautiful with the gorgeous stone cave walls. We had the ravioli shared as our starter followed by the pork rolls and MiMi special. Both were amazingly delicious! Highly recommended. Simple homemade cooking but elevated to Bib-gourmet status! 5 star all the way.

This place is really, really good! The food is delicious, with an interesting spin on traditional cuisine without being pretentious. The ambience is relaxed and quiet, and the personnel is kind and professional.

great service, a very good short menu, must try also the day dishes. One of the best restaurants in Martina Franca. Located on a narrow quiet alley, with some seating outside.

Excellent service and innovative Puglian/Italian cuisine. Deserts are also "revisited" quite successfully. To try absolutely when in Martina Franca.

The restaurant has a very cosy atmosphere to it, nicely decorated inside with tables outside. Charming little place. Food was really good. I requested for smaller portions and they basically let me come up with my own 3-course tasting menu. The orecchiette was the best I've had in my 10 days in Puglia.

We had a great experience at Gaonas. The restaurant offers great reinterpretations of local dishes, deliciously cooked by the chef. There was a mistake with the first course and they brought us a different one but offered to bring also the correct one for free. Great selection of wines which adds to the restaurant quality. Fair prices. Will definitely come back.
