Great food although it looks not so elegantly in dish . Taste is good and food material is great. Wine menu is not a big column but the pick from restaurant is nice. Price is also reasonable. Strongly recommend to my friends that will travel to pairs in the future.

Hands down the best meal we had in Paris, from the service, to the ambiance, to food presentation, to taste. Absolutely stunning and professional. We did the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was well explained to us and brought us new experiences with flavor. Thank you for a magical night in Paris!

A true gem! In a quiet Paris street, next to Esplanade Invalide, one finds this exquisite small restaurant. Michelin has clearly made an error by not giving it a few stars - or at least a bib gourmand.

The staff was incredible! Super friendly and very accommodating of a dairy food allergy. The food was spectacular - every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. Sommelier had fantastic wine pairings with each course and we really enjoyed our time!

Very welcoming staff, nice ambience and vibe. Good cuisine, vegetables in particular were absolutely delicious, very tasty and fresh (quite distinguishable trait among other Michelin restaurants). Service could be improved, though, given the expectations for a Michelin restaurant, tables should be properly maintained throughout (clean the bread crumbs, replace used/dirty cutlery from previous meal course), use white/red/grape specific glasses instead of universal Riedel glases (4 different white/red wines were served in same "universal" Riedel wine glass type) etc. Also, wine pairing is not in the menu thus not synced with the tasting menu, it's rather done on the spot, by request (the somelier, who is also serving the tables, is using some of the wines available "on the glass" (i.e. not synced with the tasting menu), which doesn't always proves to be a great match). All in one, it's been a nice experience, few excellent courses, other just good, but it doesn't quite feel like a Michelin restaurant, be it just one star (it may have been once, but not now). Hopefully these few minuses can be overcome and raise the overall quality level back to where I believe it once was. I'd probably return in an year to check if there is any difference, but only if I'd see really good reviews to suggest improvements in abovementioned areas.

I loved the bold flavor combinations! They took farm to table concept to a new and elegant level. The layers and depth of flavors and texture was lovely. Our Server was absolutely wonderful! He was super knowledgeable about the wines and food items and gave us a quick run-down of all the items. He's the one with the glasses and comes from Tour, France.

This is a must stop to really taste something truly creative, local sourced, lawyered with subtle flavors. The parsley banana dessert will blow your mind from a non dessert person. Magnificent!!!

Very interesting small restaurant serving produce from its own farm. We went for lunch where there is a reduced but very adequate menu (4 starters, main courses and desserts), and a good choice of wines by the bottle or glass. The quality of the food was very good, although we found that the mixture of flavours was sometimes over complex and not always to our invidual taste ('chacun à son goût'). Good and friendly service in a nice atmosphere.

Garance was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing! The presentation of the foods and the flavors of the meats and vegetables were superb. Such detail in their simple decor; all the way down to the beautiful knives! Our server Leo was so good that my husband thought he must be part of their family. Loved the ambience had a great vibe. Thank you Garance for a great memory!

A hidden creative small gourmet restaurant. We took the set menu at 80euros that holds 5 surprise dishes from the menu. The food was good but nothing jumped out as extraordinary. The dessert was not a success, a bit of a mismatch of flavors. Attentive cheerful service..

The food and service are fantastic. The value for the money is also excellent. Some of the freshest food I have ever eaten in a restaurant setting. The ambience is only ok. This isn’t a place to come to be impressed by the restaurant design. This place exists deliver a culinary experience and it does that par excellence.

Garance is a special restaurant with ambition. We chose the four-course surprise meal and were not disappointed. Unique and wonderful flavors, very creative.
