2/10Didn’t have gluten free bread/bagel. I ordered the Baltazar pancakes and ask to replace the peanut butter with jam because I don’t like peanuts, turns out it came with the jam which was decent but on top and on the side of the pancakes there was a ridiculous amount of peanuts which is ridiculous! The service was terrible, the girl was not knowledgeable of the menu. When I ask about the gluten free options (since I’m allergic) she wasn’t sure. Also the food took ages to come and getting the attention of the waiters to order my food was a hard mission, I waited 15 min after arriving! I do not recommend anybody to go there.

10/10Balthazar is hands down one of the best brunch spots in town! The food is consistently delicious—perfectly fluffy pancakes, fresh pastries, and the eggs Benedict is a must-try. The ambiance is lively yet elegant, making it ideal for any occasion. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially Thiago, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless, checking in with us personally and ensuring every detail was perfect. If you’re looking for amazing food and top-notch hospitality, Balthazar is the place to be!

8/10Food is very tasty and well prepared, with a middle east influence. The chef knows what they're doing. The vegetable soup and eggs with yogurt were both very good. Service was ok - it was a busy time but could be a bit more organized. Overall very friendly and good experience. I recommend.

6.5/10I went in at opening time at 8am. It seemed staff was barely awake or prepared to provide attentive service. It felt disorganized and several guests left without ordering, which I found remarkable given that the menu is similar to most tourist oriented breakfast / lunch restaurants. The yoghurt parfait I had was tasty and worth a repeat though.

8.5/10The food is good but maybe expensive for what it is. The place is nice, is cute and pets are allowed. If you go with babies, you will find space to change their diapers and that's an excellent point!

8/10I really like the spot, it is spacious, full of plants and has a good vibe. Unfortunately the staff was pretty disorganized even though it was not that busy.. the food came cold and the actual starter was brought after the main dishes.. so overall experience not very great…

10/10we live close by and have been going here a few times. finding out they offer discounts via the fork has encouraged us to visit more frequently. We enjoy being served by the young staff. One note to suggest that they lower the loud music at the restaurant is our only complaint.

5.5/10The food didn’t feel like the best quality. We had a large table so we tried a good bit of the menu, the bread and buns were dry and hard, the salmon burger was salty and dry, the açaí bowl didn’t taste very fresh or good. The pancakes are good though. Overall disappointed by the food. Ambiance was nice so I guess it’s a cute spot for coffee and pancakes!

10/10Very nice caffe / restaurant. We were a group of 6 and all the dishes and desserts were very good. I’ve had the smoked salmon open toast and a pancake for dessert and I loved them both. I’ll certainly go again to try more dishes!

9/10I love their brunch menus especially scrambled eggs with extra parmigiano and their granola is one of the best but unfortunately mini pancakes were so dry (maybe not from today) it was not fresh i hope they fix it last 2 visits it was the same.
