The Balthazar eggs (with toast) wasn’t very good, after that I had a pain in my stomach + there was a lot of Vinegar which wasn’t ok as well

The food was average, the coffee was low quality and bitter, fries and grilled vegetable were cold. They also didn't honor the Fork's 50% discount for the menu items we selected which if the quality of the food was good we would had been okay with.

the food is good and well served in this restaurant. nice choice for good value. The service is a real disaster : 1. they didn't find our reservation when we came. 2. they forgot few details after ordering, too fake (smile is on option). 3. the team is totally lost. 4. a serious lack of professionalism. 5. while calling some of them....they prefer to talk and to laugh between each other. 5. cherry on the cake, they forgot the 50% deduction on the bill. 6. a real and serious manager / Boss is obviousely missing in order to put some order.

Didn’t have gluten free bread/bagel. I ordered the Baltazar pancakes and ask to replace the peanut butter with jam because I don’t like peanuts, turns out it came with the jam which was decent but on top and on the side of the pancakes there was a ridiculous amount of peanuts which is ridiculous! The service was terrible, the girl was not knowledgeable of the menu. When I ask about the gluten free options (since I’m allergic) she wasn’t sure. Also the food took ages to come and getting the attention of the waiters to order my food was a hard mission, I waited 15 min after arriving! I do not recommend anybody to go there.

Balthazar is hands down one of the best brunch spots in town! The food is consistently delicious—perfectly fluffy pancakes, fresh pastries, and the eggs Benedict is a must-try. The ambiance is lively yet elegant, making it ideal for any occasion. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially Thiago, the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless, checking in with us personally and ensuring every detail was perfect. If you’re looking for amazing food and top-notch hospitality, Balthazar is the place to be!

Food is very tasty and well prepared, with a middle east influence. The chef knows what they're doing. The vegetable soup and eggs with yogurt were both very good. Service was ok - it was a busy time but could be a bit more organized. Overall very friendly and good experience. I recommend.

I went in at opening time at 8am. It seemed staff was barely awake or prepared to provide attentive service. It felt disorganized and several guests left without ordering, which I found remarkable given that the menu is similar to most tourist oriented breakfast / lunch restaurants. The yoghurt parfait I had was tasty and worth a repeat though.
