10/10Really good find. In a busy square but at the end and worth the walk. A family run restaurant and you could tell they really cared about food they prepared. Every course we had was excellent and would highly recommend a visit.

8/10The scallops were very good. The octopus with potato cream was slightly disappointing and rubbery. We were seated outside but would have preferred indoors and we became very overheated. Service was excellent.

10/10Best meal in Venice. Very attentive staff. The ravioli stuffed with sea bass was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outside in Venice's 2nd largest square. Very relaxing watching Venetian children and families go about their daily life. If this wasn't our last night in Venice, we would go back tomorrow.

buona sera. ci dispiace che ti andato male la serata. ma il pane non lo facciamo pagare a nessuno e non e scritto a nessuna parte un prezzo per il pane questo e un discorso troppo basso. lei si deve informarsi bene cosa voldire coperto prima di sedersi in un ristorante. la ringraziamo molto per il suo opinione.

10/10This restaurant was rated highly on Tripadvisor so we went for it. It was fantastic! Every bite of food we put in our mouth was perfect fresh prepared. And we ate a lot of it! The service was exemplary. Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a fantastic entertaining personality. The manager Marco spent a lot of time with us and he was funny and told fantastic stories. I have been traveling for three weeks through Spain and Italy and this was definitely our best meal. The fish was perfectly fresh from the market that day. We had four different kinds of fish and oh boy it was fantastic! The food was beautifully presented on the plates and it felt exquisite. There was a chill in the air, but we wanted to sit outside, so Marco brought us luxurious blankets to cuddle into. At the end of the meal after three perfect desserts, including my chocolate ball that was set on fire, they brought out a very nice lemon cello as a treat. It was fantastic.

7.5/10Restaurant without a sign to locate. Intimate nice decorations in nature concept. Good for a date or inviting fancy guests. Quite expensive especially looking at the meat positions. The beef was dried , i can do better :) salmon ok. Not really worthy, wont come back

10/10The Garden Bistro provided our family of five with a fresh, delicious and relaxing meal. The service was excellent from start to finish, accommodating a person with allergies and wrapping a takeaway dessert. The portions and quality were as expected. The atmosphere was pleasant, peaceful and friendly. Well delivered at a fair price and worth the visit.

9.5/10A lovely little family run restaurant in a beautiful square away from the hordes of the tourist hotspots that is worth a few minutes walk, as in return you will be greeted with a warm welcome and treated to a delicious meal. We had the Sea Bass Ravioli, Spaghetti vongole, both were well cooked and served hot, you can tell they have been cooked fresh and to order, the chef can be seen from some seats, and shared a delicious panna cotta, all accompanied by a good red wine which was great value. We will definitely visit again when we’re next in Venice. Marco the waiter was great to chat too and very helpful. Looking at the dishes others had everything looked great.

9.5/10This was by far our favorite restaurant during our stay in Venice. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy. In our experience, Garden Bistro's high rating is well deserved. We rarely book the same restaurant for a repeat visit on the same trip, but in the case of the Garden Bistro, we made an exception. We enjoyed another outstanding dinner on our last night in Venice.

10/10Definitely recommend as the food was absolutely superb, the waiter charming and helpful, and the atmosphere lovely. If we weren’t leaving today we’d be back again. The mixed starter was divine, pasta delicious and the tuna steak heavenly!!

7.5/10Our reason for dining out is having an evening of good food and a pleasant ambience. it was very unfortunate that the fellow who ran the room was abrupt (close to being rude) and frenzied. It detracted from the entire experience, We were disappointed since the restaurant was given such good reviews.

10/10Excellent little bistro in the heart of Dosoduro. Spaghetti with cuttlefish black ink, spaghetti carbonara, spinach ravioli with eggplant cream, and spaghetti bolognese were all tasty, well cooked and nicely plated. Tiramisu for dessert was a perfect end.

10/10Fantastic dinner to celebrate a 30th birthday occasion. Food was absolutely tremendous and we loved every mouthful. Would highly recommend for dinner just after the sun goes behind the surrounding buildings as this is when the ambiance really really comes into its own.

9.5/10We loved the food my brother and I both had Tuna Tar Tare which was excellent and he had the Tuna steak and I had the mixed spaghetti with seafood which was also great we also enjoyed the wine and other drinks (Lemonchello Spritz). We liked it so much we even brought Another family we are beside at another restaurant nearby to tell them about it and show them where it was at. We then stayed and had more drinks and great conversation with another table. Marko is extremely hard working and delivers a high level of service besides the high level of food quality being served up this is a great affordably priced restaurant that delivers great value to diners. I highly recommend eating here
