So nice food, good service and cozy atmosphere

Our last night in Valencia, we somehow managed to save the best for last. Delicious and interesting flavor profiles, with responsive, friendly and highly professional service. Special ambience on a small side-street. We got the idea that this was the authentic Spanish experience. It helped that nobody at the adjoining tables spoke English. Our first The Fork experience. Bravo!!

Everything was wonderful! The staff wS very attentive and I loved the addition of the vermouth after dinner.
