Lovely restaurant, great food and wine and top service by the team. Friendly and informative. Very popular venue, so advise to book in advance, as we did. Great gem to have discovered.

Lots to choose from on the menu - we had steak that you self cook on the hot plate! Maybe a little too much salt but it was lovely! Great experience and beautiful restaurant and staff

Good starters, especially the Monkfish croquettes. Paella was flavorful if a bit mushy. Service from our waiter, Carimon, was outstanding!

This is a repeat visit to one of our favourite restaurants in Seville. We visit Seville annually and make sure we make at least one reservation for Gascona. We especially love the Artichoke starter and the sea food paella. The service is very good and friendly.

Superb restaurant. We wanted to try an authentic, freshly cooked seafood paella. We made the right choice. Delicious salad to start and then we had two paella between four people. We were told there was a 40 minute wait which made us happy as we knew it was made to order. Very friendly staff and Triana was fascinating. Can’t wait to return. It was packed with local families spending time together.

We chose Gascona based purely on good reviews and proximity to our hotel and decided it was good enough for Christmas Day Dinner whilst in Seville. It certainly delivered. The food was excellent, the Octopus Salad with Paprika being the best, the ambience was so comfortable and rustic that you felt at ease and welcome just perfect for Christmas Day. Finally the service was really good, despite being very busy there, we were looked after in a friendly and professional manner, Seville is a beautiful city and this is an eaterie that is well worth visiting if you're there.

This is a classy casual restaurant with excellent food quality. Loved the marinated and grilled vegetable salad and the mushroom and ham omelette. Went there twice in a week in Sevilla. With so many good restaurants, this says a lot.

The charred octopus was the best out of our three dishes. We were treated as tourists not as guests. But that happens often as we don’t speak the language.

We'd been to this restaurant twice a year ago and found it elegant, with excellent waiters and very good food. This time, it was a complete disappointment. I ordered a glass of Sangria, which I sent back since it definitely contained shelf-stable lemon (perhaps a flavored soda), making it undrinkable. I have replaced it with a glass of good wine (there was a small piece of the plastic covering the cork, but I removed it and didn't say anything). The rice with vegetables were terrible, the vegetables tasted boiled and there was a very strong garlic flavor, so despite trying, we left half of it (mandatory €36 price for two people). Only the grilled cheese was good. The waitress removed the dirty cutlery from the plate between courses and put it back on the table. Not seeing a head waiter, we expressed our disappointment with the dinner to the waitress, and learned that some of the kitchen and dining room staff is changed since last year.

Excellent Service, good food, could do better with some candles or cozy lights onstage tables, and not so white and bright lights in the restaurant!

The service was very good! But unfortunately we came because of the Cachopo. It was very chewy and the veal was too thin. We've enjoyed it at other Restaurants in Sevilla and this was the worst. Too bad ad it's a lovely restaurant.

The service we received from Sergio was excellent, when I confirmed my reservation I noted my wife was a vegetarian (no fish) and he took a lot of time running through the menu pointing out the vegetarian dishes but also showing her ones that could be adapted as well. The food was superb and our post meal treat of rice milk and cinnamon was memorable and will be sought out again ! A very personal service and the icing on the cake for our 10th anniversary meal Bruno’s Gracias

Unfortunately, we didn’t check the reviews for this restaurant before booking. It seems that some of the individual positive reviews may not be genuine, watch out for this. Our server, Christian, was very nice, but the food was by far the worst and most expensive we’ve had on our trip. We came specifically for authentic paella and ordered the mixed version. What we received was starchy, lacked flavour, the meat was dry, and there was a strange coating on top, it looked like it had been baked, which is not true paella. We aren’t overly fussy eaters, but this was a very disappointing experience, especially since we had been looking forward to a great meal. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Great service and atmosphere, restaurant tables full of all age groups. Large portions - 4 of its shared 3 started and 3 mains. Cod gratin was delicious

Staff were very welcoming and gave recommendations for food. I do not speak Spanish so when members of staff wanted to be clear about our conversation, they brought another member of staff who's English was better, to explain things to me. Their food recommendations were very good choices and they didn't try to push the most expensive dishes. Both dishes I ate and the dessert were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.

The service was phenomenal. Alex and Oscar were so friendly, made a fuss of my Nan and it felt like having a meal with family. The restaurant is beautiful. The food will be discussed for months. Gorgeous food. This will forever be the restaurant I come to anytime I'm in Seville. Thank you a special night!

Great service, great food, reasonably priced! We couldn’t get a reservation until 22:15, but requested an earlier time reservation brought the app if available. The host called and got us in at 21:30. Very nice!

The hotesses Adrian and his partner were helpful and friendly. The food is great also particularly the paella.
