9.5/10Most delicious fish cooked in salt. Excellent food overall and wine. Sat outside since indoors was warm early in the evening. Highly recommend.

9.5/10Lovely food though overpriced. Waiter didn’t pay much attention to us as there were loads of Italian groups of 4s and 6s who he seemed much more interested in serving.

9.5/10This was our best meal of more than a month in Italy. The appetizer tuna carpacio and entree tuna belly and spaghetti with fruitti deiar were both flavorful and satisfying. The service was excelent and they took good care of our wheelchair during dinner. This is a not to miss meal in Florence.

10/10In a city that is so old and enriched with history This restaurant is modern and bright like the staff Who are very helpful and friendly. The food is mainly fish but every dish was excellent and so Flavourful, also the cocktail are delicious and very reasonable. This meal was by far our best meal yet After travelling through Italy. You must book a reservation here. You won’t be disappointed.

10/10Returning after many years it was indeed gratifying to have confirmed first hand what recent reviews had been reporting >not only is the patient & helpful waitstaff’s service consistently in evidence - despite some linguistic hurdles needing to be overcome when one isn’t fluent with Italian!- the quality of the product & the dedication to careful kitchen work binding the entire operation absolutely first rate! Our whole sea bass baked in salt & skillfully filleted at table was a standout ..& perfect case in point! Lovely wines available at fair prices a significant bonus too! Finally we we so grateful to management for the tenacious dedication made by them in attempting to call as a taxi when we were ready to leave..no mean feat late on a Saturday evening…& even though it proved impossible, it’s this sort of care that seals an already wonderful night’s dining experience as being one that is memorable. Modern, individual & innovative food in a bright & cheerful environment- Highly recommended.

10/10First time for lunch with my wife. We had the Paccheri and sea bass . A very nice bottle of Friulano was a perfect accompaniment. Both dishes were extraordinary in composition and taste. I have booked 3 additional days to savor more menu delights. Anyone who enjoys well curated seafood (more than just seafood) with excellent wine must not miss this place. I’d give it 6 stars if you let me!

10/10The food, wine and service were superlative could not be better. The menu offers a wide selection of crudos, well primi and secondi courses. The wine list is well considered, and composed to pair well with the cuisine. The desserts should not be overlooked. The staff is professional, exceptional and welcoming.

9.5/10Very enjoyable meal. The food was great: creamy cod on a polenta base, tuna with potatoes and mushrooms, finishing with a deep and warm chocolate fondant. Wines available by the half bottle. Bright, fresh decor. No written English menu, however staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back!
