The food was great quality husband enjoyed tasting different beers. Place clean and light. Away from the tourist area. Great value.

The selection of tapas and the quality were amazing. All delicious and freshly prepared. The octopus with potatoes was presented so beautifully and tasted as good as it looked. Great value as well and nice to have authentic Spanish tapas instead of the tourist version.

Great food at a really different location in the middle of a residential neighborhood

We visited the restaurant because of the good reviews. The food was delicious (croquettas, marinera, mussels and bacalao). The only thing we would have loved was someone there who would do beer tasting. A paid for package with tasting for 5 or so beers (in small amounts) and explanations where there business idea had come from. (Like they do in vineyards) and perhaps a plate of tapas with it. Opportunity missed I felt. The restaurant is far away from the main tourist hub, so offering this would be a novelty.

We had the best time at la fabrica, the service was so welcoming and caring, the food was excellent! It was visited by a lot of locals, so no tourist trap. The prices are more then honest, if you have the chance, definitely worth it!

Owner and staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Food was also excellent. Best chocolate mousse I have ever had!

Excellent food and superb service. The tapas is all freshly made to order by the owner who also brews his own craft beer. The blonde ale was our favourite and also one to highly recommend. A great place for something different from the norm.
