8.5/10Small restaurant, easiest to book in advance despite that you might have to wait to get your table and then wait for your order. Top quality food, we choose the chefs menu with 6 courses, amazing fish quality but could have been more generous portions. Despite everything a delightful sushi experience watching the chefs doing their magic.

8.5/10I am not sure why they are open on a Monday night, maybe for the takeaways? I was alone in the restaurant, but that actually suited me well. The food was amazing. I tried to keep away from classic Japanese as possible to try some more adventurois stuff (foie gras and tuna, anyone?), and everything was delicious. I have no idea how the more classic maki, sushi and sashimi are, as I didn't have any and as the only guest I couldn't even see other people's orders, but I'd guess they would have been great from the more exotic orders that I tried. I would have scored this higher but unfortunately one of the voting options is 'ambiance', which as a solo diner, even on a Monday night, meant a low score there. I suspect his place is pumping on a 'normal' night. Location is very... humble

10/10Absolutely amazing! We were a bit drained and very hungry and had to wait half an hour before we were seated...but man...am I glad we waited! What a phenomenal experience! Great service! Our medium and large dogs were welcome. The wine the waiter offered was incredible...and the food...every single bite was exquisite! We'll definitely be back!

9.5/10I had dinner at Genoma with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday, and I have to say we chose the right place for it! The quality of the sushi is fantastic, the taste is surreal and the staff is extremely kind! We recommend and will be back for sure!

7.5/10We went as a family and took the chef's tasting menu. Each individual dish was excellent and worth tasting, but the sequence missed some more simple (less elaborated) dishes to also appreciate the ingredients themselves, which although appear to be quite fresh were often hidden in the complexity of the dishes. On a sushi restaurant I would expect to end with a sashimi and not with an heavy foie gras gunkan (what was great) . The service was a bit slow, although the space is small and cosy having only one employee attending to the tables doesn't work that well for a place where you expect (and pay for) an excellent service to go side by side with the excellent dishes. That said, highly recommended for a different sushi experience.

10/10The Chef's 8 moments meal was amazing! With every plate served, we got an explanation on what it was made of, the origin of the ingredients and how they were prepared. To finish the meal off with a bang, they offer a selection of great spirits - Nikka whisky and Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum.

10/10This really is a hidden gem along the Estoril Coast. Very creative, tasty food, served in a small cosy restaurant - in a nondescript residential building near the Carcavelos highway exit. The young owners and chef deserve much recognition.

4.5/10The cook was extremely slow. The California roll was the worse I have ever had: flavour overwhelmed by avocado, the shrimp which should be crocante was undetectable, small roll when it is usually a wide roll. Also, the cook trimmed the ends of the rill, which is never done, as the shrimp tail is left to be seen. The ceviche was ok-ish but too salty. Overall, I think they are trying but need to do much better with some of the basics.

10/10The place is quite. The service deserves a five star. Every bite was followed by a surprising taste and the quality of the fish. If its your first time, I recommend asking for the tasting menu. The drinks menu has good options as well. Paired the menu with a Nikka Gin Tonic.

10/10Finding this little jewel of restaurant was really great. Its hidden in a not so lively area and we wouldnt have ever find it ourself. Food quality was outstanding and the service great. What we missed was Vinho de Carcavelos as a highlevel local wine on the menu, specially for the desert, but that is only the last star on a overall great place! many thanks.
