Booked for a Saturday evening during the Christmas markets, which was a very wise move. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The menu is limited and it was a shame that the waiters didn’t explain a bit more about the concept and what was/wasn’t available. It was also interesting to overhear how the table next to us, who have been previously, were given much more interaction and assistance regarding the menu. One waiter told me that the merlot I wanted was not available and all that was available in red was the Tempranillo, whilst a different waiter offered me another French open red….. Food was nice and fresh. Portions are ok. Would try this place again but probably during a less busy time and then I’m hoping interaction might be a bit more forthcoming.

10/10The staff were friendly and accomodating; the shared antipasti plate delicious and ample for a light lunch while visiting Aachen. Plus good coffee, and amaretti worth returning for. Warmly recommended.

Lovely shared plate of antipasti and breads with an excellent bottle of wine. Ghorban is basically a very classy Deli and Wine Bar jusylt off the market square with a few small tables and high chairs. It's popular so well worth booking but that does mean the few tables are tightly packed in. Gorgeous food and wine, though. Highly recommended!

10/10Very nice place in the center of Val's, we were there with a family group of 15. There was something for everyone, food all prepared fresh and on the spot! Very friendly staff. I had a sea bass with asparagus on a sweet potato mash, Belgian fries on the side and Hollandaise, fantastic!
