It was easy to book a table on line. We received a warm welcome and our table was well spaced apart from others. The inside area is stylish and very comfortable with a good ambience. The outside area is amazing too but it was too cold to be outside on this occasion. The people serving us were excellent - friendly but professional and very helpful. They certainly work hard to make guests feel looked after. The menu has something for everyone and the food we ordered was superb. The presentation and cooking were both perfect and made the whole meal really enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

We have eaten at Giannis before and sat outside, but this was our first time eating inside. It is a beautiful restaurant and the ambience and setting is lovely. The food is some of the best in the area, accompanied by great service. Highly recommended!

First time at this newish restaurant. Really impressed with everything. Food, decor, staff and value for money. Not cheap but priced right for the quality

I came on Friday and Saturday, the hamburger bun was burnt black, always a shame to serve that. The setting is nice with a pleasant little bar and a good playlist.

Food was faultless but service this evening was poor. Understaffed?

The food being spot-on is great to hear, but the service clearly wasn’t up to our usual level tonight — you’re right, we were short-staffed and it showed. No excuses. We’ve already added extra hands for the busy evenings ahead so this doesn’t happen again. We’d love to have you back and show you the proper experience. Nicely decorated restaurant, good varied menu and very good service. Spoiled, for me, by lack of disabled access close to entrance. Could easily have been provided without spoiling view to diners.

The sole was absolutely fantastic. My wife had the spaghetti vongole (her favourite) but unfortunately found it a bit bland.

Food was excellent carpaccio di Manzo lovely but needed more rocket . Tuna tartar very large but delicious . Ravioli with spinach and seafood pasta both excellent . Second visit both times food great . Chairs in bar uncomfortable to sit very long . Sit on the bench with cushions . Would be nice to get some olives or nibbles as it’s not cheap but only if on cushions and you want to savour your cocktail . Staff very friendly even though they were busy .

This is the best place for a wonderful dining experience in the area. Having a cocktail made by the amazing Katarina is a treat. And then when they bring you to your table for your food…wow!! The setting is amazing. The service is terrific. And the food is great! We will be back….often…

Having enjoyed our first visit a few weeks ago we had high expectations. Sadly the restaurant did not deliver . Pre dinner drinks were small, the margaritas had to be remade and overall disappointing. The meal was ok but the veal Milanese was too salty and the salad insipid with over ripe tomatoes. But the main disappointment was the poor service. Not attentive, left waiting too long etc. We love the setting and we need a good Italian restaurant in the ‘hood. Let’s hope it was just an off day.

We had a superb meal and really loved what has been done to the restaurant. The service was excellent and the manager is friendly and very good at explaining all that the restaurant has to offer.

Lovely ambience. Someone has spent a fortune. Beautiful outside bar and soft sitting area. I’ve now been twice but today the service was poor. Not on the food but in bringing drinks. Three times we had to ask for a new bottle of wine BUT that happened twice. There were 6 of us and we ended up getting through three bottles. We were later charged for four. It was busy but they struggled to cope. On our first visit all ok but restaurant was much quieter. However food was really good. And we will definitely go again. Guys just sort the service out and you will have a top restaurant.

As you see I marked you down 1 star on the service. Because the service was poor because it’s not very well organised you have more than enough staff but need organised to be more attentive especially !! if you need more wine replenishing 😩 Other than that excellent food and surroundings.

Absolutely excellent. We sat on the Terrace which was beautiful and still pleasant on a warm evening. Service was really well judged - attentive and well paced.
