10/10Specifically Angelo the manager we think. From we walked in he was more then accomodating all though we were early. We had the Florentine steak which was just mouth watering and the Vongole which was exquisite. All in all a superb restaurant and staff!!!

3.5/10The service was brusque. There is no ambience, plain setting with very bright lights. The food was ok. Nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

5/10The waiters gave us our starters after our main pasta dish. They gave us bread that had been left from another table and didn’t replenish it once it had finished.

10/10This restaurant was my family's favorite. We loved the pasta AND the steak! We actually ate here 3 times because we liked it so much. I actually dreamed about the steak and had to have it again the next day. This felt like a family restaurant and the service was excellent. The only disclaimer is that it is not an American restaurant. At first they seem brusque but then they warm up and are very sweet. Do not be put out if they seem a little brusque! The food is worth it and everyone was very sweet! She even offered me some free wine on the occasions when I declined. I was trying to be more lucid but how can you say no to wine when you are eating amazing Italian food?!! I highly recommend this restaurant. It opens late too so it was an easy choice to come here after a tour.

10/10Welcomed with smiles and treated with care from the owner and the waiters. Food cooked to perfection and wide variety of traditional food from Tuscany. Our Fiorentina was simply delicious. Big, juicy, tasty. We took advantage of The fork discount and the final price was really good value for money Worth a try!

9.5/10We arrived and the place was full so we were ushered into a back room. Was disappointed initially as now atmosphere there… soon a party arrived and it was suddenly lovely. Food was great. Staff were friendly. Thanks

10/10This restaurant was recommended by an Italian friend and turned out to be a great find - lovely, friendly service and general ambiance and delicious, well-sized portions. The fettuccine with porcini mushrooms was one of the best dishes I had on our trip, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak. The owner greeted us by name when we arrived following our reservation which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and return on a future trip to Florence!

6.5/10We were served here based on a Tripadvisor rating. Pluses: Service, location, prices. We enjoyed the pecorino with honey and walnuts. Minuses: Food was just average. We were expecting better based on reviews. Steak with peppercorn sauce, had a terrific sauce and was cooked as requested. But it was a bit tough and difficult to cut. Pasta with mushrooms was described as bland.

10/10The quality of the food is very high with normal prices (around 15€ first courses and 20€ second courses) with the very kind service offered by the personnel. I'd come back here if I'll ever be again in Florence.

10/10Great restaurant! Wonderful and attentive staff. The selection is great, especially compared to other places. For example, the offered grilled salmon and salmon with sauce. Same with steak, veal etc. a grilled and a sauce option. They had vegetarian options and the prices were very good. One of our best meals in Italy and that’s saying a lot!

9.5/10Delicious food wth a great ambience. Service was a bit slow while waiting to order but wasn't too long. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Dessert was superb. Prices were also reasonable. If given am opportunity would definitely return again to try their other dishes.

7.5/10Meal for 4persons, had a mix of steak, pasta and lasagna meals. Meals were good, not five star quality, but it was good value for money. Would eat there again, as it’s a family run good value restaurant. The discount from TheFork (50% off food) helped a lot!

9.5/10Excellent Florentine dining- ossobucco tasty, good size Bistecca alla Fiorentina cooked with respect and taste - fantastic. Sea bass boned, filleted and served at the table like a work of art. House chianti better than others sold by the bottle. Great meal out for a taste of Florence. Staff helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Grazie mille!

10/10+12I couldn’t recommend this place any more. We had 4 nights in Florence and we ate here 2 of the nights. We even came back another night just to get wine. I can’t even put into words how much we loved this place!!! The people are so kind and friendly. They truly take care of you, are so helpful, and just make you happy to be around them! Now onto the food. Oh my gosh. We didn’t eat a bad thing. Both nights we went all 5 of us did a primi (first) and a second dish. Literally none of it was bad or even decent!!! It was all so delicious. We split the steak Florentine the last night. Literally perfect.

5.5/10I really expected better in terms of the food. The bread was low quality and dry so it was unbearable to eat. The pasta was too al dente and the sauce very basic. We were disappointed because this place had really great reviews. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t good either.

10/10The dinner was superb. We ordered the Florence steak, seafood appetizer, fish, tuna salad. Florence steak was best cooked, best we had out of 3 restaurants we tried steak in Florence. I had it in another luxury rest costs over $100 and was not as good as this rest. Fish was fresh with spices just right, also very good. I didn’t like salad as much though maybe because the other places I try uses butter lettuce instead romaine. The tuna and tomatoes were ok but I had tried other places uses mini tomatoes. But then salad was not main course so that’s ok. At the end the waitress push out a cart with 4 diff deserts. They all so good. I liked the napoleon the best. By far the best deserts we had in our 3 days in Florence. The owner came out chat with us gave us recommendation. Very humble! The back room were completely full. I came due to a promo offer from fork. Not having much high expectation since it’s our last dinner in Florence, but it took us by surprise. This is truly a GEM! Oh, this rest is only 2 min walk from Tram station. Excellent choice if yre visiting Florence.

10/10No regrets in regards to food quality, service or price. Had a good dinner with excellent options starting with primi pate Pasta, a good steak as the second dish, while we also had a tasty Pizza diavola. Were to full for dessert, but had a cappuccino as digestif. Paid partially with Yums, no issues at all.

7/10The restaurant is good, the food was OK, but the waitress did not give us the attention we think we deserve. She was always taking care of the table next to us. We have to order three times and then wait that she clean the table and get us the dessert menu.There were some dessert options in a trolley and you’re supposed to have a look to decide if you want anything or not . when I was looking at the trolley, I called her to ask what was one specific dessert and she answered me in , let’s say, a bad mood. I will come back, but would ask to be served by another waiter

10/10This is a worthwhile booking. I didn’t find any in perfections in the dinning experience. The savings was remarkable and the quality of the food was excellent! I have my doubts when booking blind. But don’t be afraid to book here. 5 Stars
