Nice traditional style restaurant near central station with a friendly warm reception. My food was very tasty and authentic with an a tentative service.

The service was prompt but the waiter was not friendly. The food was just okay. The burrata would have been good had it not been too cold. The swordfish fillet was very thin and overcooked though the sauce was flavorful.

We chose our selections and then asked the waiter for his suggestions on wine. His suggestions were perfect for our choices. Everything was fantastic, including the tiramisu and the dessert wine he provided us. Would go back if we ever return to Milan! Highly recommended!

Everything we ate was very tasty and excellent. The beef marrow stew “ossobuco” and the porcini mushroom and beef dish were exceptional.

Small portions. Over salted beef. Over sweetened pumpkin ravioli—all at a premium price. Service suffered. $9.00 coperto for two right off the top. Wine never offered. Tourists treated coldly while locals treated as kings. Management looked tired and half asleep. I’ve worked years in restaurant biz. This crew was operating on a shoestring. A cheap glass of wine and a good pizza elsewhere would have been a better value.

Thank you for your review even if really unpopular, that’s why I’d like to give some clarification: The ravioli with pumpkin are sweet as the traditional Mantova recip writes , I’m sorry you didn’t like . The cover charge is €4/ person , includes Egyptian cotton tablecloths and napkins with bread basket and is declared on the menu outside of the restaurant as well as on the one on your table., like all the restaurants in Italy !!!! I’m sorry for your experience and I’m sure you have confused the waiter ‘s discretion for indifference, this is not our goal. We’d like to give good feelings to our clients ,but obviously sometimes we can’t.

Nice restaurant conveniently located to main train station. Excellent service but felt the price paid was a little high.
