Very friendly, kind and chatty staff, nice atmosphere. Great food, although could be a little cheaper. But when there is an offer, perfect 🤩 Not sure if there’s much space for it outside but a little terrace would be very nice also. Will be back

Very intimate restaurant with high quality food and amiable staff. The food itself was all from fresh produce - this was evident from the taste. The owner was present in the restaurant for our visit and came over to the table- all in all a very pleasant experience and we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The food was such good value for the price we felt obligated to tip €40

Beautiful place, small and very intimate, without noise. Fantastic owner as well as the kitchen. Throughout the holiday we always had dinner here and drank quality Gin after dinner. I really recommend it to everyone, come here because you find quality and friendliness as well as relaxation. We will come back to visit you when we are in Barcelona.

Very nice atmosphere, great waiter, and very good food. The prices would be a bit too high without the offer as portions are quite small (but the dishes are filling, which make up for it). Will go back to try the cocktails.

This was the best restaurant during our stay in Barcelona. To begin with, the atmosphere and friendly service by the staff and the owner himself must be complimented. The food was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t even pick our favorite. Whatever you order at this place, you will be more than satisfied. For such quality food and service, I would also add that prices are reasonable. Thanks for everything.

Probably my favorite restaurant in Spain , if not the world. We have been to Gildas many times and always send friends there who are visiting Barcelona. The variety of dishes and the amazing flavor of tapas, salads and entrees are beyond belief. In particular, the mussels, hummus, meatballs, shrimp with curry ice cream, and goat cheese salad were fantastic. And you cannot get a better host than owner Michele, who always welcomes us with a smile and a hug.

The restaurant I visited last night exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The ambiance was inviting and the decor is hip tastefully done. The menu offered a wide variety of options, making it difficult to choose just one dish. So we instructed the waiter to order for us. The flavors were bold and the presentation was Fantastic The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

In short we had very good starters (beetroot gazpacho & veal carpaccio) so if the meal would have ended there the over all score would have been great. However the main courses were a bit of a disappointment. My wife had the sous-vide cooked chicken breast in a curry sauce, the chicken itself was very dry and when the amount of sauce was in the size of a spoon it turned out to be a chewy experience. I went for the tenderloin which was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately I also added the seared foie gras. It came with a pricey addition, had no crust at all, was kind of undercooked and therefor it went cold after 30 seconds. Serving a brilliant food item like this is a crime so I left the foie almost untouched on my plate. Off course I should have complained about it, but then my steak would have gone cold waiting for the foie gras to return from the kitchen. No questions asked when my plate was collected with the almost untouched foie gras. We shared three scoops of sorbet for dessert, they were presented with 1 single raspberry on top but tasted as expected. If you book with the Fork at a discounted price remember to check the bill as ours were presented without the discount. This was however corrected without any discussion. All in all this turned out to be an “ok” experience that should have been “great” if the chicken and foie were cooked as they should have been.

Wonderful unique dishes, the Argentinian shrimp was exceptional along with the waffles and the spéculos! Service was spectacular. Would definitely go back when we’re back in Barcelona!

This place is a little gem! Go it’s honestly some of the best food we have ever eaten! Salmon beautifully cooked, huge portion of mussels, tapas to die for! The curry ice cream is good! Staff very pleasant and knowledgable , especially as we had a gluten free person in our party Will definitely return when in Barcelona again!

The friendly owner spent some time with us at our table telling us how he opened his restaurant business. He talked about how much attention he puts in the details of the menu and ingredients. And the food was excellent! Deserves excellent ratings and will definitely recommend this restaurant to any visitor in Barcelona.
