7/10Lovely service, nice decor. Seafood soup was delicious, mains were disappointing - red Thai curry had no spice to it and oxtail ravioli had a sweet sauce which did not go. Dessert was good

8.5/10Food was good, the place was very busy so the service was a little bit slower than we would have liked but our Italian waiter was amazing, we had a good meal and a nice time there.

7.5/10Although I really like the restaurant Ginger, this time the experience was a bit worse than usual. First, the menu didn’t specify that the risotto was served with bacon. Unfortunately, this wasn’t suitable for my friends who don’t eat meat. Secondly, overall, the staff seemed to be working a bit less effectively, less friendly. It felt as if the servers didn’t have much time for politeness. This is understandable, but it leaves an impression that the staff would prefer guests to leave sooner.

4.5/10Lovely looking restaurant but a tourist trap. No locals and food very average! Set meal so disappointing. Seafood soup average and cod main course so overcooked! All prepared beforehand and left so keep warm under a grill it appears. Not at all appetizing! Price ok and service ok but most disappointed in food!

6.5/10What a disappointment! The restaurant is beautiful, and in a cool, foodie part of Las Letras in Madrid. But ay! Ay! the service was a mess, and the food isn't good enough to make up for it. Our first waiter didn't understand the menu and had to keep asking the manager to explain it to him. He vanished -- fired? quit? His replacement was just kind of indifferent to us. She brought the courses in the wrong order, even after we explained it to her; we had to ask every time if we wanted more water, a clean fork, etc. She gave the impression we were an imposition. The food was just fine, but not better than just fine; nothing to write home about. Madrid is a food city; there are lots of competitors. Go to one of them.

9/10We had a variety of dishes and most were spot-on! The drinks were great, food delicious and service was excellent. The ambiance has a retro-feel and we were centrally located in the middle of the restaurant. This is my second time here and it didn’t disappoint.

7.5/10Was a very chic and quiet atmosphere- exactly what we hoped for! The first course I had was excellent - artichokes- but the fish Tuna Belly dish was underwhelming. Overcooked and very fishy. Desserts were fabulous and prices reasonable.

10/10A great surprise to discover this place. Good food lovely setting and decor, good service and cool music to dine to. Definately going on my "repeat again" list and will recommend it to anyone coming to Madrid to go and dine there.

10/10A really supper smart exciting restaurant with great decor and comfortable seats. Service with a smile and pretty quick, English menu available. Wide range of dishes some Spanish, others Mediterranean, reasonably priced. Excellent wine by the glass very affordable. BUT you must book online especially ahead for the weekend!

6/10We didn't like the food in this restaurant at all. The dishes did not meet up to expectations. Instead of veal cheeks they brought beef azu on a slice of bread. Instead of octipuse with potato we got a lot of potato with fiew micro octopuses on top. This is definitely not our restaurant.

9.5/10We made a reservation for an early 8:30 meal and the restaurant was already busy. We started with mussels--very good--and continued with a vegetable dish and fish to share, which were both delicious. The house wine was good and service was attentive. Very reasonable price point.

10/10Super nice place, as usual =). Very beautiful interior, great food, lovely prices. Especially tuna tataki is very tasty and salmon tartar as well. Totally recommend to come here.
