10/10Tasty food and very friendly staff. Quick service and a broad menu with plenty of vegan options. The weather was nice and we sat in the roof terrace which was very pleasant. I definitely recommend it.

8/10The Ginger is nice and cozy and has a laid back but good ambiance Menu is varied and quality is very good… dishes take a while to get to the tables but its clearly because all dishes are prepared FRESH…. Staff friendly and attentive but at the same time are quietly in the background I definitely recommend this place!

9/10The food was excellent. We went on Sunday night at 18.00/6pm so it was full up, so we were glad we made a reservation. As a result, we also had to wait about half an hour from the moment we ordered till our food arrived, but it was definitely worth it! The restaurant did feel a bit cramped, but that's kinda normal; space is at a premium in historic city centers. Pretty sure they had a second floor, perhaps that's where the families dined as there were no kids in sight at the ground floor, which made it quite calm. All in all, not sure when we'll be back in Maastricht but if we do get there, we'll definitely consider another visit!

10/10WOW! We had great service and excellent food. Prices were very reasonable. Only downside, chocolate mousse while delectable was over priced. We will definitely be back.

5.5/10The restaurant has a simple but welcoming ambience and the food was delicious. However, the service was sub-par. We’ve waited for about 15-20 minutes to get our order taken. In addition, we had to get our own menus as they weren’t initially given to us. The food also took a while. We’ve waited about 40 min for the appetizer after we’ve ordered and an additional 40 min for the main entree. One could argue that they were busy, however there were guests that received their food in a much shorter time span.

10/10Thanks for the girl who served me, really nice and friendly. I didt had to wait for the meal, fast and pleasant service. Since the portions were not small, and I couldn't finish everything, even though it was really tasty, it was suggested to pack the leftovers to take away. It's really nice, knowing that it is "impossible" to do this in other restaurants. there was also teresa of the roof, unfortunately I only noticed it when I was leaving. so, dear visitors, take the opportunity and enjoy the good weather on the terrace.

Your group arrived late and kitchen still waited for you. But It's difficult to satisfy you, you want discount on lunch menu, student food and you want drink your own drinks in the restaurant. What should I say? Dreams not always come true right？????

5.5/10Everything is pretty average minus the service. They forgot I had a 30% off and the servers were looking at us and laughing while making the drinks we ordered (?). Weird

5/10It is a nice place and the food was ok, but we had to wait over an hour to be served and they just took off 10€ from the bill, not the 30% of the fork deal.
