The restaurant is beautiful and good also for lager events. The chef prepared a vegetarian meal for me, despite mo options and it was delicious! Great value for money.

Wonderful pasta with wild boar ragu… for my taste probably a few too many tartare plates

Beautiful star vaulted ceilings, and tastefully decorated restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, although the background music was barely audible. The fave was delicious, however, the pieces of 'friselle' which adorned it were like eating tiny stones and I could imagine that someone might brake a tooth on them. The duck was rather small and overcooked which was a shame. But the side order of vegetables were delicious!

Firstly let me start by saying for a tourist this restaurant wasn’t easy to find and I recommend the owner to pay attention to how Apple Maps directs their new customers. That being said eventually after finding the restaurant (which is located in a beautiful little square) we were eventually seated inside with little or no AC. We were served by a young girl assisted by a young lad with no facial hair. These youngsters were obviously not professional waiting staff and were only there for the summer. We were six diners but table was only set for 4.5 people… the carpaccio di branzino was totally bland but the carbonara was excellent to be fair. We had octopus for mains which was overcooked but kids enjoyed their chicken. Generally the portion sizes were small compared to the cost. The service was slow, non attentive and we left passing four or five staff including our waitress, without one “grazie” or buonanotte”

+2Lovely restaurant, ambience is wonderful and the pork, gnocchi and lamb chops were simply stunning. The freshly baked bread was warm and the variety was much appreciated. The negative was my fish. I had millefoglie and my fish filet had so many bones I hurt my mouth. I did mention this to the restaurant and I received a luke warm apology. For a restaurant of this nature I really thing they should pay more attention to detail as bones in a fish filet can be quite dangerous!

The setting is lovely, and the menu has a nice selection of land and sea dishes. We tried several first course dishes, and they were all fine, but nothing exceptional. However, the lamb for our second course was wonderful.

Lovely place , in the oldest part of the town where history and Italian food experience meet up. The food was great , the place was lovely and well curated and clean . We just felt a bit uncomfortable as the restaurant was very quiet , it would have made us feel all home if u had a bit of music (not necessarily loud ). But even though, we had an amazing culinary experience in this place and I highly recommend this restaurant.
