10/10As a group, we couldn't decide on what to order, so we settled for the tasting menu. We weren't disappointed. One person at our party was very picky about what they ate but decided to go for it. They were amazed at the variety of things they usually would say no to, which they immensely enjoyed. The flavors were unlike anything we had before, and I would highly recommend you go on an adventure of flavors with Giulia.

4/10I am writing to share my disappointing experience with a reservation made at Giulia Restaurant on 7.06.2024. Unfortunately, our evening was severely impacted by various issues that we encountered at the restaurant. Upon our arrival, the reception was unwelcoming and discourteous. We were assigned a reserved table for two on a second-floor terrace, situated between two busy streets with heavy traffic. The noise and pollution levels were intolerable, and there were no noise barriers in place. Additionally, smoking was permitted at a neighboring table, further detracting from our comfort. When we requested to change our table, our plea was met with a lack of respect and consideration. We were only offered a similar table on another terrace of the same level, and were threatened with a €50 per person penalty (€100 total) if we chose to leave, as our reservation was secured with a credit card. This policy and approach were both unprecedented and unreasonable.

10/10The atmosphere was very nice and the service was perfect!! Our server took care of every detail and she was paying attention to everything we needed constantly! The food was simply amazing!! The creativity and the combination of different tastes and textures arranged in the most beautiful way! It was really an experience! The wine pairing was also great! Will go here again next time we are in Rome

10/10Everything, was excellent. From apetizers to desserts, We took the surprise menu and this one is correctly carrying this name. Vegetables, meat, fishes, a lot of new tasting experience from Italy incredibly good and tasty. We strongly recommend this restaurant, even if you are not considering the menu.

10/10Our waiter advised us to not go for the wine pairing, but to go for a bottle that he recommended instead . ..... wow, great advice. We had the fresh truffle menu and OMG my best meal in Rome ever. We will definitely be back.

10/10+1Our last night in Rome was perfect because we had dinner at Guila. Everything about the service and the meal was perfection. There were several surprises by the chef that were so delicate and each a work of art in presentation and taste. The flavors and textures were delicious. From the oysters to the tartare to the venison each dish was amazing!!

10/10Wow and wow! This we did not expect. First, the outdoor location was just lovely. The service from all of the staff was outstanding. They were attentive, helpful and answered all of our many foodie questions. The food is next level. Not typical Roman fare. This is “Iron Chef” level food with small chiffons and foam. The complimentary appertivos were unexpected and outstanding! What fun! The rest of our dinner was just outstanding and not what we would normally order or eat. What a great food experience. Worth every euro!

10/10Sublime experience if you take the chef’s taste menu (compliments, again) and the sommelier’s advices (thanks to Fabio and Bogdan Albert, hope to meet you again). Excellent service, one of the best we had ever. Highly recommend.

10/10We have dinner in this restaurant. Dark with Gia Foie gras was amazing. For main course was fish-very delicious. Desert very tasty. Wine menu on very high level. Thank you so much. It was really delicious. Recommend it place to everyone.

9.5/10It's the second time we've eaten here (living in Rome) and can safely say Giulia is amongst our small list of top restaurants where we can always take guests to who don't mind to eat bit more upscale. Does not mean to say that the prices are out of bounds, not at all: for the quality and service that you get, they are very reasonable. We're waiting for their first Michelin star!

10/10Great local but very classy neighbourhood gem with amazing refined food and excellent wine choices by the glass via an extensive list and experienced somelier/maitre de. If we had more time and money for this Rome holiday we'd definitely return, but bear in mind this is not a casual pasta/risotto joint. Also there is a very small menu, just 3 dishes in each category if like us you don't want to commit to a tasting menu. Portions were sensible and service immaculate but friendly. Well done!!!

8/10Food is excellent. Service was ok. If service was on point, this could easily be a Michelin star restaurant. We enjoyed the tasting menu experience. Kudos to the kitchen! Noted we were celebrating a birthday but it was not acknowledged. No offer of seating location preference. Our server gave no explanation of menu at seating…. basically download the QR code and decide. He seemed rushed and hurried even though he had assistance.

9.5/10+1Tried thé dégustation with normal wine pairing. Food was creative n blended contrasting flavours beautifully. Kind of best of Italian flavours with midern touches. The oxtail pastas were full of flavour n bite. boiled crispy beef was a standout. Service was great too.

10/10Excellent food, actually the best tasting experience ever. Wines matched in a way you never would imagine possible. These guys know what they are doing and the service made you feel being in the family. We dine out a lot all around Europe and this was without any doubt the best experience in 25 years.

8/10The staff was very attentive and we liked the location. We decided against the tasting menu and were glad of the decision since some of the dishes would not have been eaten by us (cuddle fish, octopus, ect.) The cocktails were excellent.

10/10Excellent food, the wine pairings were interesting. The service tried its best to create a nice and welcoming ambiance. This restaurant do not try to catch tourists, but really try to make great dishes. Would recommand and would come back wihout hesitations.
