I wanted to have a special meal with my wife during our trip to Rome, and my god....Golinos left us awestruck. This was the most amazing meal we've ever had. The chef was incredibly passionate and knowledagble about wine pairings and everything he prepared. Every dish was intriquite and unique, and absolutely delicious. We had an incredible time. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a special experience in Rome. From food to drinks to service, this place did not miss a single mark. Would give 11/10.

We were very glad about chef's egagement and describing everthing with a patience. Food is very authentic, but in our opinion we should be informed before that starter and main dish is going to be a cold dish. It was good, but we expected something warm, as you desribe bao or veal, you can predict that as a main dish it's going to be warm. Small card with options is a must. Wine pairing was excellent. About dinning room: for us it was not cosy, a little chilly inside. Temperature of dishes and dinning room would be perfect for summer lunch, but not so good for a dinner in early spring. Anyway for being authentic, craft kitchen, and as a different experience I would recommend that.

I would like to highly recommend this restaurant. Their dishes are of high quality, tasty and unique, with differential touches that make them unmatched. The treatment in the restaurant is exceptional, providing an exclusive experience. High-quality products and unique dishes are not easily found anywhere. In addition, the service is exceptional, with good service, an outstanding wine selection and an incredible atmosphere.

One of the best meals we have had in Rome… and we’ve tried quite a few restaurants having lived here for 3 years! The chef is super friendly and the food is superb! Every dish was perfect! We will be back!

If you are visiting Rome we urge you to seek out this place. The food is exceptional, with an innovative and delicious twist on traditional Roman fare. Andrea Golino is welcoming and charming, taking time to talk through his dishes and making recommendations based on your taste (including for the wine). All in all a fabulous evening. Thank you
