10/10Everything was simply perfect. The manager/owner was waiting for us at the door to apologize for a misunderstanding that happened on the previous visit. I truly can’t express how grateful my family and I were seeing him. This place is the best steakhouse in GENÈVE with the best service. Thank you Goodwin, 5 star service in every aspect

8/10Food was amazing, the restaurant was more than amazing, the service was one of the worst I had ever. It’s my 3rd time and the first 2 times the service was spectacular, I don’t know what happened yesterday or o the service it was so poor! Took 35 minutes to come take the order, took forever for the food to arrive and missing two main dishes, said it will take 4 minutes to make the 2 missing dishes and that took another 25 minutes, removed one drink being still half full. I don’t know if our server had a bad day or was new. This is the first time I ever write a negative review.

10/10We had an incredible dining experience at Goodwin Steak House in Geneva, one that we’ll remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like special guests. Although our table wasn’t quite ready, the owner personally welcomed us, apologized sincerely, and generously offered us complimentary drinks while we waited. His warmth and hospitality set the tone for the evening. And then came the food… wow! The Black Angus filet mignon was absolutely phenomenal, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We all ordered it and agreed it was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. The veggie sides were equally delicious and beautifully presented by the very kind waiter. The combination of top-tier cuisine and genuine hospitality made this dinner truly memorable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Geneva, it’s a class act from start to finish.

6/10The service was inconsistent. While nearby tables received excellent attention, our service was slow and less welcoming. Additionally, the prominent political messaging at the entrance felt out of place for a restaurant of this caliber.

7/10I like to leave honest reviews&say how it felt without any exaggeration or undervaluing. The restaurant looks fantastic! Very cool decoration, creative. Ambience was great! I truly loved it. I also was really looking forward to have an experience in this place because after doing research on steak restaurants this was my nr1 The staff experienced very friendly and professional. However the food was disappointing. This is the reason for3* If I never had steak before then I would probably think it’s normal, however I’m well traveled and I do only fine dining restaurants and the steak (fillet cut)for the price of 70franks 200g had a lot of chewy bits. And this is not how the steak should be. Especially fillet. It’s has to melt down while you chew it. Instead of it I had several pieces that I couldn’t chew and had to take it out. Very sad. Also over salted mushroom potatoes They tried to make it up which is much appreciated but the experience wasn’t the same bcos I came only for steak.

8.5/10The place is stunning and the food was great. The literal only thing that wasn’t as great was the fact that when we went there there was only one piece of meat (a Tbone) which we had to share for two.

10/10It's easily the best steakhouse in Geneva. From the warm, elegant setting to the expert service, GOODWIN delivers a top-tier dining experience. We started with garlic toasts, grilled portobello, and a creamy mushroom soup that was absolutely outstanding. The real stars, though, were the marbled rib-eye and filet mignon — cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. Even the kids’ steak meal was done with care and quality. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but worth every franc. "After this, no steak will ever taste quite the same" Thank you for a wonderful evening 🤩
