Best meat in town for sure! Absolutely delicious bread, fantastic Kobe beef and filet mignon - cooked to perfection, just melting in the mouth! Great accompagnement by Saint Emilion, and a sweet finish with the tart au pomme + vanilla ice-cream.

9.5/10We had a fantastic meat for 3 with a Porterhouse of 1,2 kg, and a filet. Cocktail delicious and very good wine (Fixin Terre Brune). We started around 10 as our train arrived late in Cornavin.

10/10Goodwin is a great place to dine. The ambiance is great, the food is great and the staff excellent. The only thing that made me a bad impression is the size of the portions. For their prices they should be more generous. The first glass of white wine I got was a true misery. When they refilled my glass for the second time, then the quantity was correct. Also, the Stroganof filet was great, but such a small portion!

As for the wine, our by-the-glass pours follow the Swiss volumes clearly indicated on the menu — consistency is part of the experience 😉 When it comes to portions, we do love variety… and next time, why not go bold with a 900 g Black Angus T-Bone or a 1,700 g Wagyu Cowboy? For the sake of clarity, a bit of context regarding your note: on a Saturday evening, you were seated at one of our most secluded booth tables, without neighbouring guests, as requested. While certain cuts on the bone may vary, our menu still offered a wide selection of Black Angus and Wagyu options, including the Porterhouse you chose. As an all-day dining steakhouse, we would also be delighted to welcome you in the afternoon, when the atmosphere is naturally calmer.

10/10Everything was simply perfect. The manager/owner was waiting for us at the door to apologize for a misunderstanding that happened on the previous visit. 8/10Food was amazing, the restaurant was more than amazing, the service was one of the worst I had ever. It’s my 3rd time and the first 2 times the service was spectacular, I don’t know what happened yesterday or o the service it was so poor! Took 35 minutes to come take the order, took forever for the food to arrive and missing two main dishes, said it will take 4 minutes to make the 2 missing dishes and that took another 25 minutes, removed one drink being still half full. I don’t know if our server had a bad day or was new. This is the first time I ever write a negative review.
