10/10Food and service was amazing, couldn’t fault any of it. All of the staff were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to make you comfortable and to help you out with anything. Food was on the more expensive side but you got what you paid for

9.5/10Probably one of the best steaks we had for quite some time. The steaks are perfectly cooked and they have a large collection of dry aged and obviously various cuts. The sides are very good quality. The oval service was great and we had a great evening. We had just a few starters to get started. The home made herings were great and tasty . I have got open wines but obviously very good bottles as well.

However, when it comes to pricing, we must ask—are you comparing us to other premium steakhouses? Our à la carte sides are designed to give guests flexibility in customising their experience, which is standard in high-end dining. We encourage the community to look at the overall experience, and we’re confident in the value we deliver in both quality and service.

9/10The food quality and ambiance are excellent, and the welcome from the lady at the bar was fantastic. However, the server, while very polite, didn’t seem to fit the atmosphere of the restaurant. He drained a lot of my energy during the experience. I’m unsure if he is a trainee, but he might be better suited for a behind-the-scenes role rather than front-of-house, as he didn’t leave the impression expected in such a setting. Again, a very polite individual, but not quite the right fit for this position.

10/10Overall, my experience at the restaurant was delightful. The venue itself is stunning, with a warm and inviting ambiance that sets the perfect tone for a memorable meal. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring every detail was taken care of with a smile. My filet mignon was absolutely divine—cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. My guest's Wagyu New York steak, however, was slightly overcooked compared to the requested temperature, which was a minor disappointment. Additionally, there was a slight delay in receiving the second serving of wine. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, and it's certainly a place worth visiting again. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more from their enticing menu.

3/10We had a reservation for 8 people. We all ordered steak and all of the steaks came out cold and all of them had a lot of tendons. Not worth the price and the stakes were not properly seasoned. Never going back and do not recommend to anyone expecting a good steak.

We were particularly surprised by your review, as our head waiter, Milena, dedicated her attention to ensuring your table was well cared for throughout the evening. Each steak, including the Porterhouse, Rib-Eye, and Matured NY steak, was served promptly and checked to confirm it met your expectations. Milena personally advised you to inspect the steaks to ensure they were cooked to your liking. Throughout the dinner, you commented: "that's super" on several occasions. The fact that all plates were returned empty to our stewarding team further reassured us that you enjoyed the steaks. Given these points, your negative recommendation seems at odds with the experience you conveyed to us in person. We understand that expectations can vary, but we always strive to offer a memorable dining experience. Perhaps, in this case, the choice was more demanding than anticipated, leading to unintended frustration?

10/10+2Absolutely excellent. From the moment we walked inside we were greeted so beautifully. Throughout the evening we were tended to and even given complementary soup and bread to start!! Truly some of the best service in Geneva (if not, the best). The food was superb. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. Dishes came one time and serves as they were meant to be. I cannot wait to come back and try some more of the menu with freins and family!!!

10/10Milena was our server and source of information. We came at a time when there wasn't a crowd so we learned many things about the food at Goodwin's as well as Geneva. It wasn't hard to figure out what to order because steak is the main attraction. I ordered the 21 day dry aged rib eye and it was the best I have ever had anywhere. Too bad it is in Geneva and not in my hometown. The atmosphere is definitely upscale and well thought out. Everything is the best as well as clean and neat. It was a 5 star experience.
