Far to quick serving of the courses, rushed, however friendly staff and outstanding sommelier Saving the evening for us. The meal was interesting with an AsianFusion touch.

I had a truely wonderful experience! Every member of staff was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel very welcome. I was a solo diner and had the 7 courses with wine pairings. It was worth every penny. The view was lovely, the food and wine pairings were complex, creative and delectable (I am now a convert on asparagus). 5 stars isn't enough, chef's kiss, phenomenal experience!

I asked for a vegan birthday meal and they delivered an amazing experience. The meal was delicious and superbly creative! Anyone who wants to see the power of plants in a luxury experience should try this (they also do traditional fare, don’t worry, meat eaters ;-))

We thoroughly enjoyed the 7 course with wine pairings. The staff members were both personable and knowledgeable about the ingredients and the wines. One member of our party has a food allergy and they accommodated seamlessly and inclusively. Our only complaint was that the ambient temperature was a bit warm for us, but that seems to be uniform throughout our Parisian travels, so that was understandable.

Very disappointing, The food was made like a catering, didn't have flavor, I don't think it deserves a Michelin star. The service was ok, we had a nice bottle of wine at least! We really didn't like the experience, looks like the are riding on the name!

One of the best restaurants we’ve been to so far, everything was perfect from the attention of the staff to every single course. Definitely will be back when visiting France.

First and foremost is we had multiple different allergies at our table from gluten to shell fish to wine and mangoes. For each course the chef skillfully substituted to account for the allergies. More than just a salad with no croutons, like many restaurants today, he skillfully developed new sauces or other elements that remained true to the original recipe and did not leave people with allergies feeling as if they were left out. Above all, this is why I recommend this place so strongly, it was the first time ever where eating gluten free didn’t make me feel like I was losing something, left out or somehow lesser then the other people at the table. This was literally the best thing I ever have eaten. Every course was not only delicious, but it was platted in such a beautiful way, like a work of art. The staff was also amazing, working together with slight gestures, that you could only spot when devoting your attention to them. They moved so gracefully in sync with one another as if they were performing in an eloquent ballet, choreographed and synchronized. They were also kind, courteous and knowledgeable, above and beyond what you would expect to find at a high end restaurant. The dining room decor was both chic and cosy, with chairs that were so comfortable that you could easily sit and read a book for hours. The only book comparable in size to their wine list is the Bible and the staff was fully knowledgeable on the contents and recommended wonderful wines. I started out taking pictures of the food, but after the third course I got lost in the experience- which is a good thing. A quick a side, the gluten free bread was the best I have ever had.

From start to finish, everything was excellent! The staff was amazing, they really went the extra mile. They very much paid attention to details (such as we were celebrating our anniversary) and respected our dietary request while keeping the creativity of the dishes. Their professionalism and compassion is extraordinary. The tasting menu was beyond expectations. All dishes were beautifully presented and gave us an amazing culinary experience. Thank you for this unforgettable evening!

Unforgettable evening and everything was just perfect, from the time we arrived until the time we left. Beautiful Hotel/restaurant/location, overlooking the gardens as the sun went down, with a glass of champagne. The taster menu, was our choice along with the wine pairings although on this occasion due to a couple of dish changes we were rightly advised to have a bottle instead, my was it good. Staff were very professional, very helpful and all looked like they enjoyed what they do, which shows. Don’t think about going, just book it.

Lovely setting, beautiful restaurant. You really feel like you are somewhere special. We had the menu prestige 7 course taster menu which was fabulous. This was our first Gordon Ramsay meal and won't be our last. Next time I will try and plough my way through the biblical wine list!!!

Outstanding. Even the pre-pre-courses were great. Yes, you read that correctly. Even sorbet, for instance, had an appetizer.

We went with my husband for the Christmas Eve dinner. The service and especially the ambiance were very good. The wine list was very impressive. The dish quality in our opinion was the followings: the "raviolo de langoustine" and "the bar de ligne" were excellent worthy of a star Michelin restaurant. The "tartare de veal" and the "canard et foie gras" were average. The duck was overcooked and the temperature was not right. The cheese in our opinion did not fit well with the dinner, too heavy. The desert was very impressive, actually the biggest plate in the menu, but not as delicate. Overall, we expected more considering the fame of this restaurant and the money spend.

Very disappointed, we really expected more from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The food was ok, the service could have been better, but most of all, the ambiance could be a lot more improved by enforcing better dress code (we saw a man wearing bermudas eating at the restaurant) as well as decorating the place more elegantly. The restaurant was far from luxurious, very bare and cold... Absolutely not worth the price we paid for the food.
