overpriced and mild food. DON'T order the omelette, it's BAD. made a reservation and still had to sit outside. if you're not going discounted, don't even think of it. service was okay tho but tried to charge us at first for food we sent back. they were nice though.

Family of 4. The staff and the atmosphere is great. Food can improve in quality and generosity. For 27€ you except the paella to be quite fresh. The pulpo alla Gallega, in all fairness, it's a good small tapas, not a dish. Very nice the canelones. With a bottle of white wine 2 Cokes and 1 beer we would have spent £175€, but with The Fork managed to bring it down to a more decent 109€. the wine of the house to be avoided, luckily we got only one glass.

OK food for the price WITH THEFORK'S 50% OFF, with 1,5 L Sangria (that was also "just ok") was about 60 € for 2 with 2 entries and 2 mains, pretty cheap even, but not worth it without at least 30% off. Not the greatest service, we were the only customers in the restaurant and were barely paid any attention, got served the dishes and pretty much ignored the whole time, the waiter preferred to pass his time glued to the smartphone. The ambience is quite nice, small-ish, simple, cozy, well decorated.

The rating is misleading… food is below average for the barcelona standard. 2/5 Bread - standard, typical store bought bread 3/5 Broken egg - Pretty decent 1/5 Mussels - rubbery… didn’t taste fresh. Bland. No salt 1/5 Paela - the opposite of the mussels. Too salty… couldn’t taste anything else besides the salt Service was good… attentive.

Surprisingly good ! The menu looks a bit boring, nothing original at first sight but every dish is prepared with good ingredients and clearly homemade. We would recommend!

I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for truly delicious food, great atmosphere and superb service. Our party of 4 had a selection of tapas, mains and desserts and every dish was excellent. My favourites were the aubergine, mushroom risotto and the Crema Catalana. Delicious! Thanks Angel and Camilla for looking after us. Will definitely be eating here again.

Angel and Claudia provided a wonderful experience! Favorite tapas were the eggplant dish and the mushroom croquettes. The dessert surprise ended a perfect meal. Authentic tapas with some lovely unique nuances.
