10/10From start to finish we had an amazing experience. The service was top notch, extremely knowledgeable about both the food and wine and took excellent care of us. The food was some of the best I’ve eaten in Italy. And I can safely say one of THE best desserts I’ve tasted. Will be back again and again. In fact it’s quite possible I would travel back to Umbria just to eat at Gradale. Oh and how could I not mention the fantastic view and ambiance. Just can’t say enough good things about this place. Well done.

10/10We heard about this place from an Italian friend and were not disappointed. It was really wonderful from beginning to end. If you are near the area put this on you list. Then stroll the grounds afterwards. Stunning.

8.5/10It was lovely and parallel to other nice restaurants in the area. Door was quite good, nice atmosphere. Quiet, nestled into mountainside, clearly a place for those staying in the nearby resort.

10/10Beautiful setting and food was really wonderful. Somewhat exciting to locate and drive to and in BUT worth all that many times over! I only wish I could bring many friends from our home and other homes we share with friends to this location.

9.5/10The food was absolutely wonderful, service very friendly. Nice view on the town. Ask for a place near the balustrade. Only thing: the plastic seats can get really warm and somewhat uncomfortable when wearing a skirt or shorts, but it was 40degrees when we were there.

10/10Beautiful setting in an old castle right outside of the city. We had dinner there and really enjoyed it. The waiter recommended a reasonably priced local white wine that was excellent. The fish in tomatoes appetizer was outstanding as was the fillet and the duck. The main fish dish was very small. We had three desserts and they were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.

9.5/10The experience at Gradale was absolutely fantastic. We were guests at the Castello di Monterone hotel as well, and the location and view made the meal even more spectacular than it was by itself! Highly recommend the Tortelli as a Primi course and the Pollo e Patate as Secondi. Waiter made a great wine recommendation, and honestly If your dining with friends, just try all the deserts!

10/10This is the third time I've been to Ristorante Gradale, and each occasion has been a rresal joy. the foods is prepared with imagination and care and presented beautifully. The service is friendly and efficient and the view is .... breathtaking. Strongly recommended.
