6/10Food ok. Ordered 2 steaks cooked the same and one was very rare compared to the other but we didn't have time to send it back. On the fork 50% discount, you must order a starter and a main course. Waited about 10 mins for the menus to be brought over. staff were pleasant but very busy. Good central location.

7.5/10I enjoyed the restaurant, except for the fact that the waitress was VERY unattentive. I had to actually get up and find her three times - asking for utensils, asking for a dessert menu and then asking for the bill. If I didn’t go find her, I’d probably still be sitting there waiting for her to come to our table to check on us!

8/10The restaurant offers good food at a good price. The service is OK and the atmosphere is OK. Again though, enojoyable food and with the discount we arranged through The Fork (50%) it was good value. But not the greatest dining experience in total.

10/10Wonderfull service, very nice people. The food on the plate has a lovely taste and looks like a painting on your plate. A pleasure for the eye. They take much care of everything. The ambiance is so beautiful!! Peeping through the windows you see the trains and at the other side the old town of Amsterdam.. You really have to discover this restaurant.

9.5/10I love the location and atmosphere of Restaurant Eerste Klas. I enjoy looking at the trains out the windows, the old wood paneling and amazing high ceiling from the old first class waiting room, the clocks of different world time zones, the cockatoo. The food, though not adventurous, is always very good quality and tasty and reasonably priced. Also quite a good variety of choices or everything, from drinks to salads to desserts. Service can be a little slow on the floor but the food always seems to come very fast once ordered. Everyone I have brought here has also loved it.

10/10We really enjoyed our visit and had both dinner and lunch two days later. The food was very nice and it's a lovely setting and so convenient if you're using the trains to get in and out of Amsterdam. It's like a little step back in time to more elegant days and the staff are lovely and friendly. The resident Parrot is also highly entertaining.

10/10The food here is amazing—full of flavor and clearly made with care. You can tell they pay attention to every little detail, from the presentation to the ingredients. Everything felt fresh and well thought out. Even the small things, like the sauce or sides, were on point. Great vibe, super friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

Great atmosphere, divine food and friendly professional staff. The baked salmon just made my day - juicy, tasty and with it there were well-cooked vegetables. The desserts were delicious. The portion size is good.

+2Very nice space with very polite staff. The food is good. Reminds me of the old train stations and they have a mascot/ a white parrot who is very impressive. Unique experience that I would recommend.
