10/10+7The food was amazing. We were lucky enough to sit near the kitchen and it’s a great show watching the staff. Prepare the meals. The tasting menu was perfectly staged and each dish exceeded the next in both taste and aesthetics. The sommelier has a tremendous understanding of the wine list and was very accommodating to work within a specific budget. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Paris

7/10A pleasant restaurant with good service and attentive staff. It is a full-cost Michelin restaurant and the food lacked the wow factor that one hopes for at that price. The pastries and desserts were good but the main courses and had very similar sauces on each course and failed to excite. A pleasant meal but not a great meal.

9/10Almost everything was top notch - friendly and attentive service, well designed and comfortable ambiance, creative dishes presented beautifully. The wine list was surprisingly overpriced however. And some of the dishes while delicious might have benefited from some higher quality ingredients (better cut of beef or lamb or fish). Still it was a great experience!

4.5/10We ordered Granite course with pairing, which was most expensive course we could get. However we could not find something special. I would recommend to have just simple course at Granite, don't spend too much money on them.

10/10The food stole the show at dinner. Each course presented a complex blend of flavors, incorporating various vegetables, spices, and textures. The progression of each course and its accompanying wine pairing seamlessly built upon the last. Starting from delicate and mild flavors, the journey culminated in the last course, featuring bold flavor combinations that compelled me to close my eyes and relish each bite slowly. The wait staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, ensuring we had ample time to savor each course while promptly serving the next to maintain the ideal temperature of the dishes. The presentation of the exquisite Bordeaux we selected was impeccably executed, paying homage to the wine's quality. We were grateful for the patience of the wait staff as we indulged in conversation and savored the culinary and oenological delights. Our dining experience at Granite was unquestionably the highlight of our trip to Paris, leaving us with a lifelong memory.

10/10From the moment we walked in, we experienced excellent service and the finest quality. We chose the Granite menu with wine pairings from the sommelier, and everything was delightful. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Granite for anyone wanting to experience a Michelin restaurant near the Louvre.

10/10Phenomenal restaurant with unbelievable courses with gorgeous sauces and micro decorations. Wine pairing right on target!! Granite has Michelin status with creativity that rivals US stars Alinea and French Laundry!! Put this on your bucket list during a visit to Paris!! Wow!!

10/10The dinner was delicious. The service was great. It was oh first dinner in Paris and it set the bar incredibly high for all restaurants following our experience here. The salsify with truffle was one of my favorite dishes.

7/10When we arrived we were sat downstairs against the bar which was frequently being used to wash up and had the dishwasher running. This ruined any ambience. Fortunately they were able to move us and from then on everything improved dramatically.

10/10Granite blew us away - hands down the best restaurant we've ever been to! Both of us are major foodies, and let me tell you, this place knows how to rock taste buds. The staff? Superstar status. They treated us like royalty, going above and beyond. And the chefs? They're not just cooking, they're creating art. If you're into food, you gotta hit up Granite. It's a whole new level of awesome.

10/10This restaurant is the perfect example of immense perfection. From the moment we were seated the FOH Staff treat us with the utter most respect, making sure every detail of our dining experience was to the highest standard. The food and kitchen brigade did not disappoint also, elevating the experience by challenging the pallet and taking you taste buds on a journey of suprise and delight. My only regret is that we didn't get the opportunity to show our gratitude further to how exceptional the evening was. Would recommend.

10/10+7Our 8 course meal was accompanied with 5 complimentary treats. An absolute experience for any enjoyer of fine dining. I would put this up against any restaurant in Paris. Incredible experience would love to have the opportunity to dine again.

10/10+3I would go into details about what we loved about each dish but the best compliment is for me to say all of the dishes were amazing and people need to try them all themselves. Really unique and delicious twists with an artistic flair that targets all of your senses.

5.5/10The lunch menu portion is very small. The amuse Boucher were amazing, but the fish main dish was salty. The two pastry chefs were very unprofessional, they just stared at customers and joking during the entire meal.

10/10+1We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at this Michelin Starred restaurant. Each dish was a work of art- visually stunning, perfectly balanced textures and layers of flavor. It was fascinating to observe the preparations in the open kitchen. The chefs worked calmly like a well choreographed ballet. Our server gave us an elegant box of cookies to enjoy the following morning. I highly recommend Granite.

10/10Everything was perfect. The staff was delightful…and patient. This was a treat for my 17 year old son. So we went full on tourist mode and took pictures of everything :) The food was good and the price reasonable.
