The food and service were great!

This place is next level, even for a Michelin star place. Wine pairings is worth it and should do guess the wine with sommelier as she is a super star. All courses hit the spot, morels with fois gras (sp?) and fish dishes were particularly inspired. Should have more stars, just a phenomenal place to have dinner.

I can't believe I paid over 500 quid for such a rubbish meal. I've had finer cuisine in some of the worst establishments at 4am on O Connell Street. Don't know how it was awarded a Michelin star, the only star it's worthy of is this one star review.

Great staff, fantastic food. The discovery menu was perfect for lunch, each dish was balanced fresh and comforting perfect for a rainy day in Paris. Excellent wine all served by attentive and friendly staff. Thank you.

Disappointing hospitality for a Michelin 1-star. Arrived 5 mins early and was told to wait outside, but no one invited us in even after 12:00. We had to walk in ourselves after 10 mins. Very passive service. The food by Chef Yoshitaka was average. Amuse-bouche flavors were repetitive; the braised veal fritter was especially pasty and heavy for an opener. The Amberjack was slightly fishy and clashed with the heavy red wine pairing, Koudou Caramany. The wine amplified the fishiness—sticking to the previous white or reversing the order would have been much better. The sauce also felt disconnected from the fish. Dessert was the highlight. While I appreciate the cost-effectiveness of this paired menu, the overall experience lacked the precision and "wow" factor of a starred restaurant. Good for the price, but underwhelming execution.

Precise and creative cooking with a distinctive Japanese infusion. The dishes were painstakingly prepared to perfection, and matched with equally satisfying taste. It was a satisfying culinary journey. The service was professional and efficient. The ambience is relaxing and welcoming.

We had the eight course menu, and with an early table at 7pm had the place almost entirely to ourselves. Each course was delicious and my favourite in particular was the deer. Nice wine selection and superb service!

+7The food was amazing. We were lucky enough to sit near the kitchen and it’s a great show watching the staff. Prepare the meals. The tasting menu was perfectly staged and each dish exceeded the next in both taste and aesthetics. The sommelier has a tremendous understanding of the wine list and was very accommodating to work within a specific budget. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Paris

A pleasant restaurant with good service and attentive staff. It is a full-cost Michelin restaurant and the food lacked the wow factor that one hopes for at that price. The pastries and desserts were good but the main courses and had very similar sauces on each course and failed to excite. A pleasant meal but not a great meal.

Almost everything was top notch - friendly and attentive service, well designed and comfortable ambiance, creative dishes presented beautifully. The wine list was surprisingly overpriced however. And some of the dishes while delicious might have benefited from some higher quality ingredients (better cut of beef or lamb or fish). Still it was a great experience!

We ordered Granite course with pairing, which was most expensive course we could get. However we could not find something special. I would recommend to have just simple course at Granite, don't spend too much money on them.

The food stole the show at dinner. Each course presented a complex blend of flavors, incorporating various vegetables, spices, and textures. The progression of each course and its accompanying wine pairing seamlessly built upon the last. Starting from delicate and mild flavors, the journey culminated in the last course, featuring bold flavor combinations that compelled me to close my eyes and relish each bite slowly. The wait staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, ensuring we had ample time to savor each course while promptly serving the next to maintain the ideal temperature of the dishes. The presentation of the exquisite Bordeaux we selected was impeccably executed, paying homage to the wine's quality. We were grateful for the patience of the wait staff as we indulged in conversation and savored the culinary and oenological delights. Our dining experience at Granite was unquestionably the highlight of our trip to Paris, leaving us with a lifelong memory.

From the moment we walked in, we experienced excellent service and the finest quality. We chose the Granite menu with wine pairings from the sommelier, and everything was delightful. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Granite for anyone wanting to experience a Michelin restaurant near the Louvre.

A beautiful experience! We're not used to fine dining so it was a little out of our comfort zone but it was a wonderful experience overall and we tried all new tastes we never have experienced before. the service is exceptional.

Phenomenal restaurant with unbelievable courses with gorgeous sauces and micro decorations. Wine pairing right on target!! Granite has Michelin status with creativity that rivals US stars Alinea and French Laundry!! Put this on your bucket list during a visit to Paris!! Wow!!

The dinner was delicious. The service was great. It was oh first dinner in Paris and it set the bar incredibly high for all restaurants following our experience here. The salsify with truffle was one of my favorite dishes.

When we arrived we were sat downstairs against the bar which was frequently being used to wash up and had the dishwasher running. This ruined any ambience. Fortunately they were able to move us and from then on everything improved dramatically.
