I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your establishment. I booked a table for 19:30 through The Fork app, which was confirmed via email and the app. However, upon arrival, I encountered several issues that completely disrupted my plans for a special evening: Your establishment is not a restaurant but a bar located at the entrance of a gym. So you can see and hear and smell the gym. This critical detail was not mentioned on your profile or Google listing. I was informed that you do not serve food in the afternoons, another fact that was not communicated beforehand. Incompetent Staff: The only staff member present seemed unaware that your establishment was listed on The Fork for bookings, indicating a lack of coordination and professionalism. The staff member showed no interest in us. You have to change the profile on the fork as nothing there make sense. If you are not useing the app just turn it off!!!

I'm sorry, but our restaurant closes at 17:00 and on the application it is very clear that the reservation is posted until 16:00. we don't know why the people at The Fork accepted your reservation outside our schedule. and regarding the fact that the restaurant is located within a gym, yes it is true. before booking you could look at our instagram page and you could see there. aaaand one more thing, how can you say that you didn't like our service when we weren't there. you haven't talked to any of our stuff. THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! I'm sorry that you came all the way here and were disappointed, but it's not our fault. thank you!
