6/10Very crowded, to much noice. The restaurant seemed overloaded. For some reason there was a DJ, nobody could hear the music, it was jumpstart a part of the wall of noice. The credit card system didn’t work due to lack of connections, they may loose a lot of business due to risk of customers not being able to pay for the service . The food was ok, but apple crumble wasn’t good 😌

10/10We love this restaurant. From the cozy ambiance to the friendly servers, it was such a lovely experience. We had pasta & pizza which were delicious. I would highly recommend.

10/10Very helpful staff, good English compared to our poor Italian. Food was fresh and tasty and the ambience was great within the old city walls.

10/10The food, atmosphere and drinks were all perfect. We really appreciated the woman who served us! She was really nice, helpful and pleasant. We had the chicken and the lasagna, both were great.

6/10Overall was a bit disappointed. Place is super cute. Food timing seemed off. Many got served hot main dishes before we even got our Caprese salad when they arrived after us. Wish some of the food was better. Not the restaurants fault but a large family allowing children to watch iPhones at full volume really was distracting too. Had high hopes for restaurant and wish overall it was better. Very average in the end.

10/10A highly recommended place to dine in and have a drink. The restaurant is in the original walls of ancient rome. The food was remarkable and amazing. The service was amazing. The people were so friendly. Its just walking distance from colosseum.

7/10Small restaurant, cool cave like architecture. Was very loud though. Seems like a locals hangout vs. catering to tourists. Food was ok but not better than average. Service was reasonable.

9.5/10Chosen by rating and location for a lunch for four, was an excelent surprise to enter and feel the roman vibe with the archway over our heads, intimate lighting, decoration going all the way to the bathrooms. Service was prompt and with a smile. Brought us two champagne cups to boot. Delicious Aperol spritz. Excelent cuisine. Divine tiramisu. Best restaurant experience in Rome. Wanted to go back again but didn't get the chance. EVERYBODY SHOULD TRY IT!

10/10These brick walls were built in 43 B.C. creating a wonderfully romantic ambiance and vibe. The food was fantastic, we savored the lasagna and tortello cacio e pepe with a local Lazio red wine. The owner and staff were fantastic and really made our night memorable and special. We plan returning here before we leave Rome because this was one of the most enjoyable restaurants we have experienced in Italy.

10/10Great food, cool atmosphere, and perfect location after visiting the Roman Forum! We had a really nice lunch after our tour of the Colosseum area. The restaurant is classy and comfortable. The food was high quality at a good price!

10/10All round 11 out of 10! The staff were naturally polite and friendly and gave recommendations. The setting was well lit and clean. The wine was reasonably priced and tasted delicious. The food was hot, presented nicely and tasted incredible…. INCREDIBLE. I also have to say the washrooms are possibly the cleanest washrooms I think we’ve came across in Italy. Little things like this make the overall experience great.
