Arrived and explained that we booked via folk to be shown another table from the first one we was shown, this table is for the folk bookings were told and now understand why. When we was sat down we was told most of the meat dishes was not available, after asking a number of times for different meat options we was told no, it’s not available. Each time we ordered we had to prompt for drinks as there was no care for us. We ordered from the menu my partners lasagna was like a soup and miles apart from the pictures. When we brought it to the attention of the staff he just took it away saying he will take it off the bill. The pasta was standard pasta, the electric pepper grinder lid dropped off into my pasta of which I had to pull out. We was later told that we couldn’t order steak because we got an offer with the folk after we paid, we never got the option to opt out of the offer. It was disappointing as we booked for a steak restaurant as advertised and never got the menu adverted.
