9/10Guillaume is an excellent place for a romantic evening out. It is small with a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious with excellent depth to the flavours. We had a delightful evening. We understand why a small restaurant wishes the diner to choose in advance but we had difficulty translating. It worked out fine and if you want an interesting culinary experience this is the place for it.

We had the first night of a new taster menu. You could choose to have between 3 and 6 courses. We opted for4 with a delicious amuse bouche and the house aperitif to start. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the ambience was relaxed and ideal for a romantic or special meal.

9.5/10Bring a board game or a book. The food here is exceptional. Delicately balanced, subtle flavors greet you with every bite. The wine pairing could not be better. It is a lovely little place to eat. The wait staff is friendly and cordial. Our four course meal was finished in three hours. There was a forty minute wait before the main course. If we had brought books or a board game, we might have not noticed it so much that there was a seemingly interminable wait for each course. But when each course arrived, it was amazing, and worth the wait, more or less.

People generally ask us to go nice and easy in service. So we try to plate up ca. every 30 minutes. If you want it quick, you could have asked. We love to please our guests. 10/10Booked Guillaume for a Sunday evening dinner in Bruges. Other feed back was excellent so had high hopes. The dinner did not disappoint, food was excellent and staff attentive. Would highly recommend to any other diners willing to try something of the local high quisine

+1What an experience! We opted for the 6 course crazy creations menu and the combinations sounded different... but worked so well! Whoever's mind came up with some of the dishes is a genius. Staff were friendly and attentive, knowledgeable about the wine pairings (which were excellent value) and the chef really went above and beyond to cater for my dietary requirements. Would highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.

9.5/10I treated my husband for his birthday, and we weren't disappointed. I looked at a lot of menus before choosing Guillaume! The quality of the food was excellent, beautiful presentation and delicate mix of flavours. We went for the 5 course 'Crazy Creations' menu with the wine pairings. The wine was excellent value, beautiful wines generously poured. The service was friendly and professional with a surprise Happy Birthday sparkler and glass of sparkly at dessert for the birthday boy. Our meal and our evening was a memorable experience, happy to recommend.

Lovely little restaurant, hidden away so that you probably wouldn’t just come across it by chance…. The service was excellent, but not over the top, the food was amazing. Not a huge choice, but everything tasted sublime. Yes, it was pricey, but worth it. The ambience only got 4 stars as it was just a bit quiet, but we would definitely return.

7/10The location is very cute, while the 6 course menu was satisfying and diverse, the quality and taste didn't reach expectations. What really was disappointing was the service. Friendly and correct yet unusually lazy and uninterested, with wine pairing you'll usually hear why the wine was matched with the food, all we heard with every course was grape and origin.

10/10A wonderful restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. The service is very personal and they are incredibly flexible with the menu, which is rare for a place with an emphasis on tasting menus. This enabled my wife an I to have a perfectly lovely meal with no compromises. Recommended.

10/10We had an excellent lunch with friends. Great good and excellent service. The chef when given notice ahead of time was also able to take into account that one member was gluten free which allowed that person to still enjoy the fantastic menu

7/10A warm and inviting place to dine. The food was good but missed that little extra that you expect from a Michelin star; the limited choice does not help either if you do not like pork or lam. The menu does not cater for kids but that is of course not a critique; just a fact and was saved by some excellent deserts that the kids loved. The cheese however did not live up to what the menu suggested - selection was limited and not well-balanced. All and all we had a good evening and for a cosy romantic diner for two this is a great place to be.

10/10Excellent to find a casual Michelin starred restaurant open on a Sunday evening. They offer 3/4/5 course tasting menus. We did 5 course with wine pairings, 3 of the courses were absolutely fantastic, the other 2 were good. Prices were very good for a tasting menu. Loved that the atmosphere was not stuffy, our server was very friendly and attentive too.

9.5/10Every piece on each plate we had was fantastic! We took a 4-cause-menu including corresponding wines and they fit great to the dishes. The service was very friendly and they also recognized my hint that my husband will have his birthday on next day. So at 10 pm the came to our desk with music, table firework and a glass of champagne. We only can recommend to go to this great place where "a good looking is cooking" :-). Thank you.

10/10We got a 4 course meal with wine pairings. It was delicious!!! Great textures and amazing flavors. One of few restaurants we have been to in BeNeLux, where the chef had the balls to cook something spicy (starter in this case). The waiters were like machines and knew exactly what was going on on each table and were super attentive (also quite generous with the wine refills)! Also portion sizes were quite generous for an upscale restaurant. Would definitely revisit if we ever come to Bruges again!

5/10We expected a lot more from a Michelin starred restaurant, in fact we reserved a table here for a special occasion. The menu we booked through the fork was not the menu they were offering, and when we asked about this, the waitress was very rude about it, she claimed it was our fault for not checking on their website before booking through the fork, which never happened to us before. In general, we felt unwelcomed. The food was ok, but not at the level that's expected for the value, especially the main course. The dessert was pretty good, however the experience for us was especially ruined by the rude wait stuff and the unwelcoming atmosphere.
