This was the first time we had eaten this type of food, but the staff who spoke excellent English, were welcoming, friendly and explained the dishes very clearly. The food was excellent and well worth a visit.

We were looking for restuarnt within walking distance of our hotel on the last night of our two weeks in Portugal. Little did we know, that we would have our best dinner! We thought we were going to an Indian restaurant and found out it was Nepalese. We had never heard of Nepalese cuisine so we were all in. Sara was not just a waitress, she made the evening! She welcomed us. She sowly and patiently explained the menu to us and helped us make selections. She spoke to us about herself and Nepal. She showed us how to eat the pari-pari. WE had two appetizers and one main meal as well as bread basket. Everything was delicious! The large screen HD television showing images of Nepal made the meal even more majestic. Not a fancy place, but who needs that. It was authentic and fantastic! Thank you to "The Fork" and with a discount even better!

10/10The food is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I went to Gurkha Momo with my family, three starving teenagers who savoured every plate as if it were their last. We ordered several dishes and shared them. This allowed us to try different foods and see how good everything is in that restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at Gurkha Momo. The vegetable momo was absolutely deliciou. One of the highlights of the visit was the friendly waitress, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
