Our dinner at Gurkha was very good. It's a simple but attractive restaurant and even though busy was pleasantly quiet. We only ordered two mains: a spicy prawn curry and baingan bharta, with naan, rice, chutney and raita. The mains were tasty and well spiced to our specifications. The food could have been a bit hotter (as in temperature); the naan was sent back and replaced with one that was much better. Price for two with one beer and one soft drink: Euro 38.

The food was excellent – full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was truly outstanding, warm, and personal, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and beautiful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
