My food was very good, but that was the only thing. The lamb chops of my accompaniment where burned, the potatoes on the side not good or seasoned and the waiter barley spoke a word and made us feel like he is not interested in us at all. Wouldn't revisit and dont understand how they got 4.5 stars on Google.

Very disappointed with the food and the service at Gustavino. Easily the worst food and service we had in our three weeks in France and Italy. When looking for food, I suggest you stick with family run trattorias and osterias for the best service and the best food. Places that have people who actually care about putting their best foot forward when serving you. This place is not that kind of place.

I experienced very good service, nice food freshly cooked and enjoy every bit of it. I recommend everyone to try once.

The food & service were excellent! We both had the steak & it melted in our mouths! We sat in the window enjoying the people watching on the street. I would highly recommend this!

The seafood risotto is a pretty good, but we ordered T none steak, 90/Euro per kilo, unfortunately it is overcooked，not juicy and tender. They do apply 30% off automatically，through the FORK app, But the waiter service is just on average.

Great little restaurant close to the centre of things but far enough away that you avoid the crowds. Food and service was excellent. Enjoy.

We ate here on a fairly quiet Sunday evening after the crowds had left the city. Great Tuscan food, good service and fair prices too. Would definitely go back.

Excellent location, very nice and delicious food, waiters were a bit too pushy though. They came to the table minutes after we were seated to take the order, we told him we were not ready, yet he literally came 3 minutes later asking if we were ready to take the order! Same thing happened when they wanted to take the plates off, my friend still had his plate half full and the waiter asked if he can take the plate away! I asked them if they were closing down, and he said no! So i really couldn’t understand the rush.

This restaurant is rather a touristic place with average food and ok-ish service. Prices are at the level of nearby restaurants, but quality of food is not

Very good service and the food was excellent. Too bad though we only had cash and could not tip with the card-machine. The service was really top quality, bring cash so you can tip them. Mr Isaak 2023-06-20

Nice Restaurant with good Food. The Pizzas were good and the Desert was encelleny. The personnal was normal but without being to empatic. Very thing seem to be the usual. One like many other restaurants in the center. Internet didn't worked.

We had a great time! The ambiance and food were amazing. Definitely a great place to try Florentine Steak. Will definitely be back! The house wine was delicious.
