10/10The food & service were excellent! We both had the steak & it melted in our mouths! We sat in the window enjoying the people watching on the street. I would highly recommend this!

6/10The seafood risotto is a pretty good, but we ordered T none steak, 90/Euro per kilo, unfortunately it is overcooked，not juicy and tender. They do apply 30% off automatically，through the FORK app, But the waiter service is just on average.

9/10We ate here on a fairly quiet Sunday evening after the crowds had left the city. Great Tuscan food, good service and fair prices too. Would definitely go back.

9/10Excellent location, very nice and delicious food, waiters were a bit too pushy though. They came to the table minutes after we were seated to take the order, we told him we were not ready, yet he literally came 3 minutes later asking if we were ready to take the order! Same thing happened when they wanted to take the plates off, my friend still had his plate half full and the waiter asked if he can take the plate away! I asked them if they were closing down, and he said no! So i really couldn’t understand the rush.

9/10Nice atmosphere and decoration. It was a bit hot in the inside. We had the the t-bone for 2. It was delicious and fresh. The price for everything was quite ok.

8/10Nice Restaurant with good Food. The Pizzas were good and the Desert was encelleny. The personnal was normal but without being to empatic. Very thing seem to be the usual. One like many other restaurants in the center. Internet didn't worked.

5.5/10While the food was not bad at all, in comparison to the other restaurants in Florence it was a let down, especially at the price point. We ordered a liter of house wine that showed up in a 750ml bottle instead. The wine was still delicious, but perhaps the menu is wrong. Also, the menu read fresh truffle but I was served preserved truffle.

10/10We wandered the neighborhood around Gustavino poking our heads into shop windows and inspecting menus before returning and getting a table. We'd been greeted earlier on the street by Roberto, a charming fellow with impeccable language skills, and he seated us by the window where we had a great view for people watching. We were served by Florin (spelling?), a very kind man who granted our request to change the background music to something other than Christmas music, which was very important to our sanity. We both had pizzas, though it probably would have been better to share a single one given the generosity of the portion size. But they were both excellent. I had La Napoli, with capers and anchovies, while my wife had La Focaccia del Gustavino, the splendid house special. That experience was so marvelous that we made reservations and returned for our last meal in Florence. This time I had gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts while my wife had Porcini mushroom risotto with truffle. Again, excellent all around. The restaurant is actually in two buildings across the street from one another, and we were seated both times in the smaller one on the north side, which seemed quieter and cozier. Yes, we would return.

8/10Enthusiastic matre de, food was great, prices ok but rest of the waitstaff were average and didn’t seem interested… we were a part of 4, €104 in total with 30% off, pasta & meat were our main dishes. If a Fork discount is offered then booking not plenty of other places.

3.5/10Menu seemed very outdated. Staff didn’t help me find a gluten free option. Told they don’t do gluten free pizza but they’re on the menu? No gluten free steak, only pasta. Then the pasta was undercooked and had to be sent back. Ate at different times due to this and no apology or discount. Disappointed as a few years ago this was my favourite restaurant in the city.

10/10Fantastic find. They managed to fit us in on a very busy summer Saturday night when we had no reservations prior. The staff were incredibly welcoming and had humorous personalities making the guests feel at ease and comfortable. The food was delicious, we ordered a range of pastas (the ragu is incredible) and everyone in our party cleaned their plates, if that doesn’t tell you a restaurant is good, then I don’t know what does! Would love to go back sometime, not overly expensive and highly recommend to dine here if you’re in the area!

9/10The steak was the best my boyfriend has ever had, totally worth it :) His roasted potatoes didn’t have much of a taste and neither did my tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Very friendly staff and nice ambience.

2/10Took them 20 min to our order, and 90 more minutes to bring first dish to the table. Got none apologizes or anything. Really disappointed, will not recommended them!
