H Brasserie is not a restaurant - it’s a few tables in a bar area in the corner of the hotel lobby, They claimed to have no record of our booking and said they were too busy to seat us, despite there being several empty tables. We did eventually find ourselves a seat but food was below average, drinks very expensive, and staff were disinterested bordering on unfriendly. Unfortunately we had no other choice that evening - which is exactly what this place relies on!

Didn’t go well at all when we arrived we was told we didn’t have a booking and had no tables available we had booked two tables of four booked as we had been travelling all day from England and didn’t arrive at the hotel till 19.30 we had booked the tables the day before so that we had some where to eat when we arrived and then to be told we had no booking wasn’t very good we showed the manager our confirmation booking but was still told we didn’t have a booking customer service wasn’t good at all

Nice setting, quiet, nice food with good portion. Good staff. It was a good evening.
