we had good experience in this restaurant. The dishes were delicious. Although all the tables were full. the restaurant staffs did their best to meet the demand of the diners. We also enjoyed Fado music performance while having our dinner.

Really nice-looking and tasty food! We decided to go only with fish and seafood, and it was absolutely delicious. Some tapas were maybe a bit too salty for our taste, but we ended up eating everything anyway. Also, the waiter was really polite and friendly, and his English was great! Definitely would recommend visiting this restaurant!!

The food is just delicious! We love it so much that we plan to go back tomorrow for lunch, before we head back to Lisbon! Such a special place!

Waiter, Jorge engaged us in conversation, offered advice and made the experience memorable. Food, especially seafood cataplana was great, ambience lovely - intimate and comfortable. Great wine and prices were very fair. The discount for booking on the FORK was a bonus.

This was our 2nd visit and we had a beautiful meal with a bottle of lovely red wine. The staff are so friendly & offer advice on ordering in relation to portion size. We look forward to returning

Há Pátria Restaurant was a lovely find in the back streets of Faro, Portugal. Friendly & attentive serving guys, great tasting & reasonable priced food. Quiet at the time of year we went, but I think it would get busy at weekends & high season. Fado music some nights of the week, worth seeing as part of your Portuguese visit.

We had lunch here and the food was delicious. Unfortunately the service was slow. My husband wanted a second glass of wine but the waiter didn’t come near our outside table after he had delivered our food

We had a lovely typical Portuguese dinner with the four of us, enjoying some very tasty tapas, cataplanas and desserts, and a nice vinho verde wine. Service was excellent with very friendly staff.

We made a reservation 5 hours early, explicitly stating we wanted a table inside, only to arrive at the booked time and be told there were only tables available outside. In plain December with 10 degree weather. Certainly not coming back.

All the food is delicious, the Francesinha gave us a good surprise! The seafood dishes are fresh, the pork cheek tapas is a highlight too. Highly recommended!

Great food in a not so great part of town! We had a trip to see Dolphins which was postponed by a few hours so this was perfect. The little starters of fried Portuguese sausage were melt in the mouth and our seafood Cataplana a total dream. Well seasoned and 1/2 dish was more than plenty for two. Service was friendly and prompt, even as it started to get busier. Only disappointment was the standard of the toilets. If you skip that, you will have a perfect 10 of a meal!

The staff was really nice and friendly. The Portuguese steak was very good but the octopus felt a bit too cooked. Its skin was peeling away and it wasn't ferm.

The food was amazing. In a back street off the main road, the restaurant was beautiful and it was lovely to sit outside on a warm evening watching the swallows dart and dive. The staff were warm and friendly, the food was amazing and great sangria.

Great food, waiters were lovely and spoke many languages. Recommended a decent wine too. Good experience, would go back.

We really looked forward to our meal but the pricey cataplana we had was so disappointing. The clams were full of sand and spoiled the rest of the dish. Our order was also "accidentally" doubled up to serve 4 instead of 3 people. Please note: they do not accept cards. This unpleasant surprise was discovered only at time of payment. We then had to scurry around to get cash. A tiny sign inside (we were seated outside) was pointed out to us after we complained. Would not recommend and wouldn't rush back.

Really nice traditional Algarve food! Portion is great and make sure to book if you want to have dinner otherwise will just have to sit outside which can be quite chilly if is not the summer

Very cozy little place with amazing food and friendly and funny staff. I had a lunch there before going to the airport and going home but I would definitely go there for evening meal, the atmosphere must be amazing. Absolutely recommending, the food tastes like heaven.

Good cataplana with a nice Portuguese atmosphere. Recommend for a dining something convenient with tradition.
