As I had recently been in Ethiopia, I had high expectations that this restaurant would be as authentic as what I had tried there. It didn’t disappoint! The food was very tasty, the service was attentive and helpful and everything felt well placed. Possibly the plating could have been complemented more by using a meson (traditional basket) to serve the food. Apart from that, Habesha is a welcome taste of Ethiopian cuisine in Madrid.

The food is incredibly good, with a lot of different flavors. I highly recommend specially if you want to eat real healthy food instead of the typical tapas!! it has become one of my favorites restaurants in Madrid.

Cozy Ethiopian restaurant near Atocha station. The food was very flavourful and portions were generous, and dishes were also reasonably priced. We shared a starter and had a main course each but I would love to explore the menu a bit more. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The food is great, I always order the combination dish (whether vegetarian or meat) to share. The service was a bit slow (only one person waiting tables on a Saturday night) but he was very nice. They didn't have Ethiopian tea (which I love) or desert, but I guess you don't need them because the food is plenty. Will go back for sure!

The food was good, with authentic flavor and full of colors. The communication with the waiter was not ideal, since we couldn’t make a special no bean request work. Besides that the price is reasonable for the quantity and quality of the exotic food offered. The COVID restriction were followed properly. Overall a good experience!

Really enjoyed the food, very tasty and was a nice level of spicyness. The waiter was very kind and helpful. Would certainly recommend this with the ElTenedor discount, otherwise the main courses would be a bit pricey.
