The food is incredibly good, with a lot of different flavors. I highly recommend specially if you want to eat real healthy food instead of the typical tapas!! it has become one of my favorites restaurants in Madrid.

Cozy Ethiopian restaurant near Atocha station. The food was very flavourful and portions were generous, and dishes were also reasonably priced. We shared a starter and had a main course each but I would love to explore the menu a bit more. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The food is great, I always order the combination dish (whether vegetarian or meat) to share. The service was a bit slow (only one person waiting tables on a Saturday night) but he was very nice. They didn't have Ethiopian tea (which I love) or desert, but I guess you don't need them because the food is plenty. Will go back for sure!

The food was good, with authentic flavor and full of colors. The communication with the waiter was not ideal, since we couldn’t make a special no bean request work. Besides that the price is reasonable for the quantity and quality of the exotic food offered. The COVID restriction were followed properly. Overall a good experience!

Really enjoyed the food, very tasty and was a nice level of spicyness. The waiter was very kind and helpful. Would certainly recommend this with the ElTenedor discount, otherwise the main courses would be a bit pricey.

This is the third of what I'm sure will be multiple visits to Habesha. Firstly, the service was great, friendly accomodating and they gave on point recommendations. Ambiance was simple, and clean The food...DELICIOUS! We tried the Tibs-- beef onions and bell peppers, we added a lamb sauce, and a mix of legumes with chicken, a spread of sauces, and spices all on Ethiopian bread. If you're looking for a unique, authentic, and very satisfying meal, congratulations, you found the place.

Wonderful restaurant! First time ever to Ethiopian food and what a marvelous surprise! All is good, the service, the food tastes delicious and the atmosphere is great. I am big fan now! Thanks Marke for making me and my wife feel at home!
