10/10The food is excellent, exactly as a traditional afternoon tea would be like in London! No Spanish touch to (which I would have liked). The pastries are great. Don’t plan on a big meal in the evening, the portion is generous. Service is professional and discret.

9/10It is an excellent experience that I miss real scones a lot that it is not easy to find the right taste in Spain, especially the clotted cream. But may be afternoon tea is not that popular in Spain so that all the sandwiches are not made to order but instead have been sitting in the fridge for a while. So they are a bit dry. But I have to say the ambience and the services are really great. Well one improvement is instead turning off the hall lights (around 5pm) in one single switch they may consider to dim the lights gradually. It would be more elegant and appropriate for a luxury hotel like this one.

10/10The experience was very pleasing, and the service was impeccable. Everything, from the magnificent room to the dishes, was perfect. I chose the afternoon tea menu, and it was exquisite. They took into account my dietary restrictions and accommodated my schedule even though I arrived a bit late. It was an absolutely positive experience and a very relaxing moment spent at the Hall drinking tea and enjoying savory and sweet bites. Very good price for the quality provided.

10/10We have been here before, but brought friends. They also loved this afternoon tea. The food is delicious. The atmosphere can't be beat. There is live piano and singing in the background. It is a great value.

10/10This was a wonderful memorable experience for my husband and I. The hotel is opulent and beautiful. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. More food than we could consume. There was live piano music. He happened to play our song and we danced to it by our table. We have been married 46 yrs. It was a special moment. We stayed for 2 hours and will be bringing our visitors here to share the experience. We are from the USA and live in BCN in the winter.

9.5/10We were too jetlagged to venture out our first night- and our meal was such a pleasant surprise! Everything we ate was delicious- from the lamb to the sea bass. I had cannolini and it was so good. Excellent winw and friendly service

7/10Very poor selection of dishes. The pizza was quite hard. And to be honest, I was not expecting to see pizzas and sandwiches in such restaurant. Options for vegetarian people are even poorer.

8.5/10Dinner is served in the “main dining” are on the entrance level all the way to the back in the bar area. The hotel’s ambiance, staff were exactly what one would expect from a 5 star hotel any where in the world. The food is French, vegetarian choices available and the Spanish wine list was excellent.

9/10We arrived at the Hall and surprisingly at lunch on the day we arrived, we were alone in the space which is indeed a lovely space. We were quickly informed that for lunch the Hall menu is also served on the rooftop of the hotel and were brought up to roof for a table and a very lovely garden dining experience. The views were lovely, the staff very attentive, the food was good to excellent with quality ingredients apparent in the preparation. Highly recommend the roof restaurant Jardin Diane.

9/10A fun venue for resident couples and/or tourists, amazing atmosphere. Very polite old-school waiters (though you have to ask for the Night Set Menu). Food is higher quality and mains are larger portions than expected. Quite expensive, even with the 30%, but still worth it. Pianist is very energetic!

9/10Great restaurant. Food was fantastic, specially the Burrata and the Sacher. The atmosphere is lovely, really nice dining room in one of the best hotels in town. The service is fantastic and we even had a surprise at desert to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
