The communication (English) was a bit difficult and my meal of spicy noodles should have had frango (chicken) but was just very spicy rice noodles. We went for lunch and there were only two tables occupied. It’s a new restaurant so I will go again next month and see what happens.

Nesta receita tradicional, o destaque não é a carne de frango em si, mas sim o molho picante com sabor de frango, por isso o prato é descrito como “noodles picantes”. Se desejar confirmar, pode pesquisar no Google ou YouTube: “Buldak” ou “Hot Chicken Noodles” 🔍 Vai ver que a preparação é exatamente igual em restaurantes coreanos em todo o mundo. Aliás, como é do Reino Unido, certamente conhece um exemplo muito interessante da culinária britânica: Welsh Rarebit — um prato cujo nome sugere “coelho”, mas que na verdade é pão com queijo gratinado, sem coelho nenhum. 🐇✨ Ou seja, em muitas culturas, o nome do prato refere-se ao sabor ou ao estilo, e não necessariamente aos ingredientes literais — o Buldak é exatamente este caso. It's a new way how to eat in family, but, they didn't not explain, how to do it in a proper way. What cause some stress under the group, and in the end, we gone to another place to eat.
